This is a SCAM WEBSITE. They have taken nearly £100 from me and not sent anything. I have called them and the number is FAKE. They reply with a fake automated reply each time and do nothing. AVOID THIS WEBSITE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I have checked your delivery company’s website “PostNL” and it does not give me much information regarding the delays, and why this order is 5weeks late. Realised next day about their reputation, contacted credit card company, cancelled order, money put back into account, cancelled card just in case. I am one of the lucky ones. Did I check for secure lock on site? No I didn't fool.

Dear Sir, You had been deducting monthly amount from my debit card without my permission. It had happened since last October 2019. Please refund all my money if not I will launch a report against your company for fraudulent debiting without my permission. Regards Shalom

Order No PHA-GB-200209090105c69 My order was placed & paid in full for 2 Hipertin Hair Products which are used in conjunction. 1 item delivered and 1 item Not delivered. I Have sent lots of mails regarding the non delivered item mostly these were left unanswered, when I did receive a reply I was advised that my item was not in stock and that I would be credited with points! I have again sent another email to advise the item which was delivered is not suitable without this non delivered item. I would like to return my item and want a full refund including the delivery costs. I was not advised when placing order than 1 item ordered was not in stock as at this point I woukd not have placed the order. I DO NOT want credit in points as I will not be purchasing any further items from your company. In my opinion I should have been informed that from the ordered items there was 1 which was not in stock and ask what I would like to do with the order and I would have requested a full refund without any items shipping Please refund my original account In full for both items, send me the prepaid returns label by return and advise once this has been completed. can't select 0 star! The parcel is now 1 month late and below is the last feedback I heard from their customer service. This is an absolute joke. I have asked for a refund 3 times now. Thanks God, we all know that the bushfires have stopped. "Good morning, We don't have updated traceability after the arrival of the shipment in the country of destination on 11/02/2020. However, we are aware that shipments to Australia are being delayed due to fire and other weather conditions affecting the country. We suggest you to contact your local post office so that they can advise you of the status of the shipment. If you have any questions, let us know."

I made a order Just over a week ago. I emailed them the same day to request to cancel the order ( this is apparently easy to do according to the site “cancel whenever you like”!. I got no reply then I emailed the next day... then a few days later. They have taken my money and I have had no reply from them and t has now been over a week. There is no number to contact them on and they do not bother to read or reply to your emails to customer service. I have now lost £25 it seems and there is nothing I can do about it. I wish I had read these reviews sooner!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I wish I could give Carethy 0 stars instead of 1. In January I purchased a micellar water worth $25. When I received the order confirmation I noticed they added and charged me for an extra product worth $55 (I mean what the f**ck?!!!!). I got in touch with their customer service straight away and complained, they told me they had cancelled the product from the order and would refund me the $55 (although it was gonna take up to 14 days to received the money). Today it’s been about 2 months and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve contacted them three times, with the same reply every time: “problems with the payment platform and can’t refund money at the moment”.

Ordered an item a month ago and have still not received it. There is no contact number on their website. I haven't yet heard back from them. Avoid!

I did an order few days ago and before they shipped I decided to cancel my order and asked to be refund, since I saw many reclaims Reviews on internet. I have already sent more than 5 emails for them and NEVER received any message up dating my request. Definitely it seems I will have trouble with them. GO AWAY from this website.

Still waiting for over two months for refund. Explanation from their side is that they got problems with platform what a b#%^*t. Now It is time to contact with citizen advice bureau.

Honestly, such a bad experience! I've ordered some products and I haven't received all of them. Therefore, I had requested either to send the product again (which they've refused unless I pay for shipping again) or to receive a refund. Long story short, after a month of messaging, they agreed to give me a refund. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received anything. Moreover, the communication was awful. This company is definitely incompetent, dishonest and I would definitely not recommend it!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE. I had ordered 3 different Kérastase shampoo, delivery should be in 2 weeks which is too much, however when delivery day arrives I got message saying one of the products wasn’t available. I replied immediately to they replace with one other that I order and sent me the order ASAP but it took more than a month. When it finally arrive, Instead 3 different shampoos I received only 2 equal shampoos. What about the third one? I paid for 3 shampoos, I received 2 only. I complain 4 times through the email and nobody did nothing to solve my issue. Customer service is very bad, and regarding the product, if is not available should not be available in the website as well.
