“I have ordered and paid for my items in january 2020 and they were supposed to arrive between 17th-20th February. Have been checking my shipment status regularly and it hasn't changed since the 19th February saying it's in transit. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as it appears that this company is a scam and the products will never arrive. I would suggest from all these reviews and my experience Do not use this site.”

“NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PILLS WHICH I RECEIVED AND THEN SUDDENLY A MONTH LATER ANOTHER ORDER ARRIVED FOR ANOTHER 130 EURO. THEY CLAIM I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR REPEAT DELIVERY MONTHLY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE TO CALL AND THEY SIMPLY SEND STANDARD ANSWERS TO EMAILS . NEVER BUY FROM THEM”

“Never ever order anything from this company. LIARS! SCAM. I wish I read all the reviews before placing an order. I have never received any confirmation email from them. They don’t answer any email. And ways of communications on their site are quite poor. SCAM!”

“Seems like a shady company, wished I looked at this page and on their instagram account first before purchasing. They said my products would arrive between the 12th and 18th of feb (ordered in January), contacted them several times to no avail.”

“I have ordered a couple of products with Carethy which were indicated as available on stock and the delivery should happen within one week. Two weeks later the status of my order did not change as it was still saying processing, and once inquired it was informed out of stock and there was no date for this to be replaced. I then asked for a full refund of my order; which was confirmed on 31/01/2020, but until now there are no records from your side about it and last my tentative to contact customer support did not result in success. The deadline for Carethy to provide me the full refund is due to 19/02/2020 t On the contrary I will immediately contact my insurance company legal department to proceed with a file against your company. I want to remind you the not fulfilment of a contract/terms and conditions, also know as " breach" can result in serious consequences, including a law suit. Please expedite, Enrico Lia Order Number PHA-NL-200119222140a85”

“Carethy sent me a defective product, I sent them photos and they said I would get a refund. I even paid the extra few dollars because of the fake "Yoga guarantee" they give for a hassle-free experience. This has been anything but. It's been over a month now that the refund was due but when I followed up, they said they were having "technical issues". It's been weeks since then and still no refund. They are even ignoring my emails. Unfortunately they didn't have Paypal which would have been easier for me to dispute so I am now asking my bank to step in. Seriously, stay away at all costs from these scammers!!”

“PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY ON THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!! If i could give 0 star, i would. I ordered products advertised on the webiste but later realised they were not even in stock : that's false advertising. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund It's now been 3 months and i'm still waiting for my refund. I keep emailing them about it. Now when i enter the order number on their website it says order number does not exist. But i took screen shots of everything.”

“DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They told me that my product is out of stock 3 weeks after I ordered but only when I asked about when they would finally send them. I have asked them then to refund my money which they said they would. I have been waiting for 3 months now still waiting for my refund after writing them countless times.”

“I've placed on order in 29/12/19 and never received the goods! Their excused was that the parcel has been shipped with a "wrong address" which is not true! The address was always the same from the very first day. They claim now they need to receive the parcel back in order to refund me the money back. Carethy is a big fraud, they are playing or doing whatever with customers money, not serious!”

“Completely trash company. I cancelled my order 10 minutes after making it because of an address typo. Their website saya you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund. Even after showing screenshots of this, their customer service refuse to refund me and ask me to send it back. The fact that it will never be delivered to me because of the wrong address (which is why I cancelled it) is lost on them. I've asked repeatedly to be transferred to management and how I can make a formal complaint. They are trash.”

“If I could give a negative rating, I would give Carethy a -1000! They have taken my money (in December 2019), and I still have not received my merchandise. Not only that....they sent me an email confirming that my shipment (only 1 item out of six) was on it's way. I have emailed them over ten times without ANY RESPONSE! They conveniently have not listed a phone number anywhere so that you can speak to an actual person. THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN!”
