“Terribly, I paid for 3 products and waited patiently for the delivery, which was already a few days late. I contacted and only then I was informed that one of the products was unavailable and as soon as they had it would send me the request. After many days late, they shipped the order with 1 item less, as they had no other product, again I contacted and said it would be refunded in 14 business days. The deadline has passed and so far nothing. I do not recommend it to anyone”

“I have the same complaint. I have ordered two orders and now months later NO items and they still have not refunded me even though I have requested my money back. They admit I did not receive items and keep saying they will look into it. Total Scam. They Take your money for delivering NOTHING”

“They are a bunch of scammers. It's been more than 2 months since I've placed an order with them. And I've yet to receive the goods or the money. I've been emailing back and forth with this "Mary.C", she replied on 7th August stating they'll refund me within a maxium of 14 days but this hasn't been the case. If you order from this site, you won't receive your goods nor your money back. They are a bunch of swindlers that take your hard earned money. Please don't be a victim and let many people know as possible so they too don't fall for this scam of a website. Please help report their Carethy facebook business page as a fradulent and scam website so more people would be aware and won't fall prey to these scammers Carethy. How will we get our money back? My hard earned money is wasted on nothing. Carethy doesn't even deserve 1 star.”

“I ordered Thyroid T3 in July. They took the money out of my bank account straight away. I'd messaged to ask where is my order and they replied that they can't get the item and asked if I wanted to cancel. I therefore cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund 6 wks later £23.99. Don't bother with this company - they are useless.”

“I placed an order without really looking to close at the reviews - that was my error. I was shopping through google and this company came up with the product I wanted at a price that was good so figured I would give it a shot. They charged my credit card and a few weeks later my package comes. It's not the product I ordered. It's the right brand but wrong product and 1/3 of the size I paid for. My first 3 messages went unanswered. My most recent one I got the response that I received what I ordered. I responded back with my invoice (again) and pictures of what I got - clearly not the same product or size. Today I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Avoid the hassle. Pay a bit more and order from a company that is going to send you what you actually ordered. Pretty sure I just tossed away $110.40.”

“I have had exactly the same experience as most of the other contributors to these reviews. I have given one star only because there's no option to give less than one. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I have the same story as many others. Ordered and paid for some supplements earlier this year. Didn't hear anything from Carethy for months, so contacted them. They claimed to be out of stock, then did not respond to my request for a refund, then claimed to be having temporary problems with their payment platform. I have since not heard anything from them for a couple of months. Compete rip off. Avoid dealing with this company! You will lose your money!!! Happy to remove this review (if possible) IF I receive my refund.”
