“Do not whatever you do order anything from here..I ordered a product and never got it..their excuse was waiting on availability..2 months I was waiting I decided I wanted my money back..it's been 4 months now and still haven't got my refund...all full of broken promises..worst online experience ever!!”

“Do not order anything from this company if you can buy somewhere else. They took money and never sent the items. When questioned they promised a refund. I ordered my products early august and still struggling to get a serious reply from them. Customer service is absolutely terrible.”

“Total scam company. They have put this in system. They will charge you and not deliver nor refund. They will also sell your credit card to third part who will start taking your money. If you have bought stuff from them, immediately contact your bank, change your card and take action on banning them in your country. “Pathetic online service from Carethy Sat on my order for 18 days without reply - order accepted but being processed. When I eventually enquired, they informed me that the product was out of stock. Please stay far away from these crooks ... you will just be wasting your time and money.”

“This website is a SCAM!!! I really wish I had seen the review website before. I ordered an SNS to help me on my breastfeeding journey in July 2019. The product should have taken 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I tracked the order online and it was never being shipped so I emailed them (since there is no phone number available) to know why it was never shipped. I got a reply from Luismar telling me that item is out of stock so I ask for a refund. From there I keep getting templated emails telling me that I will get me refund within 14 working days. Went on holidays for a month and still no eyes on that refund. So after over a month of waiting I email again and again I get a template email telling me that they will forward my issue to the financial department. Once I insisted they tell me that there was an issue in the system and that the refund would be delayed (once again) because refunds are made in alphabetical order. Emails were sent to and from Luismar and Mary C. (Just like precious reviewers). After 3 months I am still waiting on a refund that WILL NEVER HAPPEN since they don’t even bother to reply anymore!! Please save your money and DON’t BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!”

“I wish i had reviewed this company before a attempted a purchase. After over two months i had to report them to the fraud team. The scam is to advertise for products they do not have and when you email for an update they continually gave excuses such as 'We have no record of the order' (i have email confirmation), then they stated they would investigate and when i asked for a refund they stated a maximum of 14 days for repayment. I have numerous emails to and from a Luismar B and Mary C giving different excuses such as the repayment system is down and then repayments are being with in alphabetical order. I have still not received repayment two months after requesting. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - SEE MOST REPORTS BELOW”

“This company does not deserve a star but to write a review I had to input at least one star. I ordered a product on line at end of Sept 2019 and to date 21 October the product has not arrived and I have not received a confirmation order email - HOWEVER MY VISA CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED - I have tried unsuccessfully to request info re my order but they keep asking me for my order number etc which of course I do no have as i have no confirmation email details. They are no longer replying to my emails - I have been ripped off and will never order from them again.”

“0 stars.. this is a scam I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered within three weeks, after those I contact them and they said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund; it has been a month and they haven’t refund it yet. And by the answers from their emails they won’t.... SERIOUSLY DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE”

“I have to give one star because there no 0 star option. I ordered Philip sonicare toothbrush from their Canadian website. When I received it, I found the charger doesn’t fit Canadian socket. Contacted customer service, “ Mary C “ replied “ We inform you our warehouse is located in Spain. Therefore no refund.” This online store is a joke. Don’t buy from them.”

“I ordered a product about $84, but they never shipped for more than 3 weeks until I asked, and they told me they are out of stock so I asked for refund but I never received it!!!! They keep told me I need to wait 14 working days for several times and until today, it’s already 32 working days. Rubbish website and rubbish company, Do not buy anything here!”

“DO NOT Buy From This Company. I ordered 2 items. They gave 3 weeks for delivery. When the date passes I contacted them and was told they could not supply the items. I cancelled and requested a refund. I was told the money would be in my bank within 4 weeks. I never arrived and has a robotic reply when I asked why. I have lodged a bank as I was not able to use PayPal.”

“Absolute scam. I ordered vitamins and never got. Have been mailing for three months and have same replies that there was a problem in refund. I plan to lodge a complaint with local police in Mumbai. “Warning for scams !!!! They do not contact you when order is missing and your goods will not be delivered! When you ask for your products you ordered they say it's delades, ask you to wait. Then absolutely nothing happens. If you contact them again, as those who wrote "robot responding" are correct! Carethy lies and says you can get your money back in 14 days. After waiting 3 weeks, I hear nothing and no products nor money! As many people experienced they do not answer your question , just a standard response is sent that there is a problem with repayments and they are taken in turn. They try to get you tired and give up! It has been 3 months! Nothing neither money nor products or answers. But they do not know me! I Will never ever give up! I Will destroy them! DO NOT Give up!!! Spread the bad reputation about them so no one is fooled anymore. Spread bad reviews everywhere you can and report to the police!! They should not continue to fool people. They will disappear! Dont give up! Spred the word...they Will pay for this! Mark my words!”
