“They took my money and never send the product i ordered I hope who took my money to spend for their cancer sickness”

“I am yet another customer who feels scammed. I am in France, ordered 5 items. Nothing arrived when it was due, but did get a confirmation of order. I e-mailed and was told 2 items were out of stock, would I like to wait till they were in stock. I said no, so the 3 items arrived. After I said I was not happy with the service they offered 10% on top of the balance credit they held if I wanted to order again which stupidly I did. I had not seen this review website. Now the new order has not arrived so have cancelled and heard nothing from them. I will keep e-mailing them although the outstanding credit balance is only about 13 euros, but why should they get away with it, along with all the other poor people's money!”

“Same problem as all the others below! I cannot contact them as you need an order number to send the email - does anyone know how to bypass this? I didn't get a paypal option to pay so paid by card so I doubt I will be able to get any money back. ******* DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ******”

“I placed my order in mid feb and it was supposed to be delivered in March. I have not received an order confirmation and their online contact form requires an order number to be entered to send an inquiry request. I hunted down their support email and sent them all the details of my payments and asked them for an explanation but they did not respond. I spent $200 on this website. Could someone please tell me how to contact them or how to get them to respond ?”

“YOU CAN GET A REFUND BE PERSISTENT!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I placed an order on 20/02/2019 which I was supposed to receive on 05/03/2019. When this did not happen I became curious and began reading reviews. Once I saw 1 star I already lost hope of getting a refund. I contacted them and they said it will take 14 days in order to get my refund. I waited 10 days and knew I was just wasting my time so I contacted them back today and threatened to file a complain by KLACHTENKOMPAS here in Netherlands. I got a respond and a refund almost immediately. Never again”

“I spent over €130, ordered on 27th February, was supposed to receive on March 11 and today, March 19 the response to my inquiry is that the "product" is out of stock and to ask again in 24 hours. Any decent company would have exolained which out of the 6 productts I ordered were unavailable ( which given that they took my money and the time that has passed, is unacceptable ). Furthermore it seems there is the possibility of added shipping costs or taxes or whatever... Let's see how it goes. So far I regret having made the order, too much incompetence and lack of transparency. And even if I get my money back, uit wiil have been an interest free loan for them. Someone should crack down on companies like this .”

“Really bad customer service! Bought products from UK and it's been more than 15 days now! I have received an email from them saying that the product I bought is out of stock and they are waiting for the supplier! OI? How can you sell something that if you haven't got it? Really upsetting”

“This is the worst by far of any company that I have dealt with!!!! Be very very very careful in dealing with them They take your money even if they do not have product in stock They do not tell you until you chase them When you then cancel, it takes over 30DAYS to get the refund - therefore NEARLY 2MONTHS from original order to getting refund!!!! I had to case then DAILY before gettinbg the required response - ie my money back Dreadful service & without doubt the worst company ever There are plenty of competitors to buy from - its what I will be doing now I finally have my money back!!!!!”

“The worst ever experience. I have ordered online. They've charged my VISA-card. They have NOT delivered anything after SIX WEEKS and they DO NOT REPLY to any communication. They do not have a phone number, and it seems like a con company. WARNING!!!”

“Ridiculous. Debit money from my credit card but do not process or send me an invoice. When I contacted them, they send me 1 of 3 items and still want to argue that the order was corrected. They charged me triple the price of what is on the website. Never buy from them.”

“I made an order from your site of 10 bottles of 1000mg spirulina capsules on tuesday and never received a confirmation email. The order total was £113.09 and I'm now very worried after reading reviews of your business online and its is extremely concerning not to have order acknowledgement especially since you have already taken payment. My bank has now contacted me to say I must destroy my card because of suspected fraud. Please let me know what is happening with this order or I will be pursuing further action.”
