“This low mileage truck has clearly had something done to it as the engine appears to be not the original but nothing indicates it on the report. It cannot tell you what an individual may or may not have done to it.”

“I would have rated Carfax higher however I was only able to view my report. In the past I've been able to download it. This time it did not allow me to download it and that was very disappointing since I purchased the car.”

“I never got to the report on the vehicle. I got to the page on the internet and clicked on purchase of 1 vehicle report. The message I received "was try again at another time due to technical difficulties". I waited for about 15 minutes and tried again. I got the same message. The next day I checked my bank account and it showed my credit card account had been charged 2 times for the 3 time vehicle info.for a total of $199.98. It took about 8 days after dealing with my bank and sending a message to CARFAX to get the money back. Needless to say I am not sure I want to deal with you in the future.”
