“Highly recommend Carrolls, great variety and the best value. There is something for for every price range and free postage over 75e. I unfortunately had an issue with one of my deliveries but the team at Carrolls had it sorted and resent in no time. Very easy to navigate the site and complete the purchasing process.”

“The whole experience was very good. However my brother received his gift without the gift card I had ordered and paid for. He had to phone all our siblings to find out who had sent it. I did try to contact Carrolls but they never got back to me.”

“What came of the gift was top quality and was really enjoyed by the recipient but unfortunately there was a comment suppposed to have been etched on pint glass which did not happen ( but was charged for). I made representations to the company which were acknowedged in the first instance but subsequently ignored. For that reason I would be reluctant to recommend to a friend. Pity.”

“hamper good quality for delivery to Holland. Very poor non delivery by DPD there - my son was told when it would be delivered and my son was in the building all the time plus the delivery company had his mobile. However they couldnt be bothered and sent him an email to say that they had missed him and he had to pick up the hamper from their main depot”

“Ordered the Carroll’s Gift hamper for my brother in the UK. There was no mention of possible delays or extra changes when I was purchasing. It arrived on the 4th Jan and there were customs charges on the hamper. Which my brother on the receiving end had to pay.”
