“Hi Team, I was a bit disappointed as one item was missing from the hamper. I would normally get hampers delivered directly to the intended recipient but was hand delivering this so I checked it first. I put in a substitute item myself. I wouldn’t have known otherwise so I would be hesitant to order from you in the future especially if the hamper is going directly to the recipient. Presentation was nice and items were good. Thanks Linda”

“The products I ordered were fine but, having ordered theoretically in time for delivery before Christmas, the items did not eventually arrive until 29th December - very disappointing as they were a Christmas present.”

“Although I still have yet to receive my order, I do not hold the company at fault. I ordered per shipping requirements to receive it in time, per their guidelines, but it was the holiday season. I believe that the shipping companies were at fault for my not receiving it. I am holding out hope that I will one day get my packages, but Carrolls was good enough to refund me in full, and I am very grateful for that as I had to scramble to find a replacement gift. I was only disappointed that I finally found the perfect gift and was not able to give it. I would purchase from Carrolls again but will take into consideration international shipping issues.”

“Every year I buy my mom and mother-in-law at least one (sometimes more) gift basket from Carroll's Irish Gifts and they love it. They always say that the cookies, teas, and candy are always delicious and top quality. I have also bought them candles, lotions, and slippers and they loved those too. I will definitely recommend them to others!”

“The worst company I have ever delt with. Ordered 4 hampers that were supposed to arrive on the 19th of December, got 1 on the 23rd and when I rang them they told me the were on the way and I would definitely get the remaining 3 as they were with the currier. Turns out the never sent them I eventually got a refund but never will I deal with Carrolls Irish Gifts again.”
