“Alan was great, his customer service, attention to detail and general manner made the whole experience excellent. After I collected the car he has been in touch to see if it is up to standard and that I'm happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend going to see him for a car and will return to him in the future to buy a new one. I have been to many garages and left annoyed that the sales person has tried to force a sale but this was the opposite, friendly and understanding so I would recommend and return to Peter Vardy for overall selection you have in stock and excellent customer service.”

“5 stars given merit the whole experience as a new customer, from enquiries before my appointment to finally picking up my car. I was very satisfied with Hugh the salesman, he was informative and patient on my 1st visit until I made my final decision what my best option would be. A follow up courtesy call was received after I picked up the car to ensure all was well with car. The showroom was probably one of the best I have visited, with on screen display at the desk. Well done Peter Vardy!!! One happy customer!!!”

“Craig Dick was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted and offered us some great advice. He is the only reason I'd give 5 stars. However the PCP deal offered by his manager was not great, with a huge APR rate, despite negotiation. To the point where the cost of credit was equal to the future value of the car! On advice we withdrew from the deal.”

“The whole car-buying process was carried out in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. In particular your sales rep Jamie Reid went out of his way to be helpful; coming as I do from the other side of the country it was invaluable to receive his two video presentations bringing the Peter Vardy ethos and "my" car to life. He phoned several times to keep me in touch and even made a lengthy call after work on a Saturday night and patiently answered my questions for some twenty-five minutes when most folk wold have gone to the pub after a hard day's work! Nothing was too much trouble. I likes the sense of occasion during the handover; you wouldn't need to be the quiet, shy retiring type as they belted out "I feel good" - which I did. All in all a very impressive service and one which I will recommend to friends. I myself will certainly check out Carstore when I next make a car purchase. Thanks”

“I was made to feel very welcome, all questions were answered to a very high standard and I felt that the sales rep was very honest in his answers. I had an appointment and changed to earlier time but first thing on the Saturday morning so could not pre arrange, this was not an issue and a test drive was organised in minutes, nothing was to much for the staff. I was given the exact information I required to ensure I had appropriate documents when collecting the car.”

“From entering the showroom we where made to feel welcome and relaxed staff teated us with courtesy and respect allowing us our own space to wander round the showroom without being pestered every minute which is very important to me as I hate being put under pressure to make a purchase and after making couple of choices we were then approached by sales assistant William Best how was very helpful in assisting us with our final purchase choice without the normal hard sell and in a very professional manner, I had a couple of faults that I discovered after I left the showroom and when I phoned the following day the staff were very helpful therfore I definitely return to said showroom”

“Friendly, helpful staff who help you find the right car for your needs/ budget. They treat their customers well. Nice to be indoors on a wet day. Two small issues- I am still waiting for my second key and there is a warning light (Tyre pressure sensor) showing on the car since I picked it up.”

“Like most car showrooms there us a view that if your only looking your buying so salesmen are like lions stalking a wildebeest. I, like a lot of people find this intimidating so it was an uncomfortable experience. Also the saleman i dealt with though pleasant tried so hard to make a deal and offered me a stay in a hotel as part of the deal, 3 weeks now and guess wot?....... no offer. This has put me off going back and will probably buy my next car elsewhere. Its not all bad as my 3star review states. The store itself is huge and well set out and very welcoming to families, you are welcomed in as soon as you step through the door, so thats nice.”

“On Monday 10th of October 2016, myself and husband visited the CaerStore @ Hillington just to find out some information on Nissan jukes. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and attention to detail we received, going through the main doors from reception desk, sales manager and finally Craig Dick(salesman). After 3.5 hours we left the store, with the possibility of purchasing a juke, much to my delight. Craig the salesman could not do enough for us, his manner was extremely pleasant and sincere which is hard to come by these days. I would like to nominate Hume for an award or recognition for his manner and salesmanship. The next day I received a call to advise I could collect my juke, I could not believe this. Once there it was Jacquie who completed the paperwork with me before being presented with my juke ! This again was a magnificent surprise in itself on the way it was done... curtain music and action! Well done PeterVardy! An excellent service all round, especially from the two named persons above. I most certainly be willing to steer future car buyers your way???? Many many thanks Lorraine Hetherington”

“Could not fault the service I received with Glasgow Peter vardy! Very helpful & professional staff who listened to exactly what we were looking for without trying to push more expensive cars onto us, which is what we had experienced previously at a different company! We would 100% recommend to everybody & will definitely be back in future! X”

“Chris Martin showed us around and helped us pick a car and when we return to buy the car Chris was busy and Darren helped us with all the other parts, both guys were helpful and friendly”
