“Quick and easy service. Jamie listened to what I was looking for in a car and couldn't have advised me on a better car. The facilities were first class.”

“The full terms of the finance agreement were not explained. All I was told at the time of buying the car was what the monthly payment would be. I was told that it was HP and so therefore I assumed that the vehicle would become mine by the end of the agreement. When the paperwork arrived from the finance company it seems that while it is HP there is also a large balloon payment at the end, so in fact it’s a PCP.”

“CarStore Glasgow were fabulous when my wife and I were looking to change our car they made us feel very comfortable and spoke us through all the process at no time did we feel pressured into buying a car from carstore the full experience was excellent from start to finish and we would certainly recommend to friends and family x”

“Being welcomed in, no hard sell, being able to browse without salespersons jumping on you as soon as you walk into the showroom unlike many other companies. .After we had chosen the car we wanted Kim the sales assistant was brilliant talking us through the car details, offering a test drive and when we had made our decision to buy taking us through all the paperwork clearly 10 out of 10 for Kim”

“The salesman Jamie we were dealing with was so very helpful and put us at ease without any pressure to buy, after buying the service was also second to none, the unveiling of the car was a welcomed surprise. Always bought from Arnold Clark will definitely be returning to Peter Vardy showroom, although hopefully not for a while”

“We loved the experience at the Hillington Peter Vardy CarStore. We have a two year old who had not enjoyed car shopping prior to our visit here. There was so much for her to do (including eating ice cream) and she was made so welcome that it meant I could relax and take my time to look at cars. Pauline was very helpful and personable and helped us feel confident in our choice of car. We loved pushing the red button too!”

“I can't fault the sales side especially Lisa but the rest, what a complete joke it's been. The handover, the after sales, the issues warning lights etc and now the paint is coming off the wheels. Just been thrown out the showroom. How can you even try and make this good or right now.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. We appreciated Jamie's patience and lack of apparent 'heavy' sell - he managed to strike the balance right on that front. Also enjoyed the personal style of Chris when we were handed over to him for collecting the car. A very straightforward process. So once again a 5-star experience for us because of Jaimie and Chris. “From the minute I set foot in the showroom the customer service was amazing, so welcoming and professional! My car salesman was Alan McMillan who was brilliant, made the process of buying a car so easy and relaxed! I'd definitely recommend peter vardy to everyone I know!”
