“The salesman, Jamie Reid, at the Hillington store, was fantastic. Over the course of 2 visits, he spent a good few hours helping me choose the most suitable car for my needs, within the price range I'don't specified. He wasn'the pushy in the slightest and wenot the extra mile to ensure I got the best possible car. I also thought the effort put in to 'presenting' my car was great and I've never experienced personalised service like that before.”

“Arrived to look at a car before store opened. Craig Dick came running over with bounding enthusiasm to greet me and my young puppy I had with me. I was expecting him to say something other than 'I will sneek you in the side door so you don't have to wait, and bring young Walter with you, does he wants drink? we have dog bowls'. Once in Carstore both of us were made to feel very important by the staff, more so young Walter but it made me smile. The vehicle I came to see was in as new condition and the few tiny marks I noticed, Craig assured me they would be dealt with if I purchased the vehicle (they were). Basically the whole experience was a pleasure. Since purchase I've even had a few calls from Craig to ask if I have any issues. I would strongly recommend Craig and Carstore. So would Walter, the Carestore cuddly toy in the boot was a nice touch, he loves it!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, and I did not feel hassled or pressured at any point. Everything was explained to me clearly, and all my questions answered. Although I did buy a car on my visit, it was clear that if I did not see something I liked, the salesman would look out for something more suitable for me if I requested it. It was a very easy experience and I would recommend the CarStore to anyone.”

“Welcoming atmosphere, very child friendly. Coloured coded landyards are a great idea as you are not approached whilst being dealt with. Craig Gemmell has been very helpful both before and after purchasing the car.”

“Chris was very helpful and tried his best to get me a good deal. Handover was good also as they were very accommodating and personal. The manager even came over and shook my hand and said congratulations which was a nice touch.”

“Peter Vardy Sales are very good at making their customers feel special, can't do enough for the customer. But once the deal us signed and you've driven away in your car, and you have a query later, sales are not interested, can't even phone you back after promising they would. Will not be buying another car from them in the future.”
