“This is my second car I have bought from Peter Vardy and I was pleased to deal with the same sales person Jamie who I would say is a credit to his company. His passion for his job and seeing you buy not the most expensive car but the car which is right for you shone through and made me feel confidence in my purchase. Jamie's communication skills were excellent as well and he kept me updated throughout the purchase. I would highly recommend the car store to anyone considering a new car and the atmosphere in the car store is relaxed and calm and you are made to feel welcome without feeling pressurised. Thank you Jamie and the Car Store Team!! : )”

“I had an exceptionally good experience when buying my car from Peter Vardy. It was the first showroom I had went to with a definite view of what I wanted. I found my perfect car and I also found an organization that not only will I purchase from again but will be happy to recommend them to others. Peter Vardy's is very well organized, has lots of knowledgeable staff and has an excellent selection of cars to choose from. My sales person was outstanding and did everything I asked in order to facilitate the sale. It really was a very easy process and unlike any car purchase I've ever made. The nearest I could compare it to would be like buying a computer from Apple. It has that modern, feel good factor down to a "T." Well done and thank you to all concerned.”

“We were made to feel welcome and Carstore was child friendly Our salesperson Craig was not too pushy or intimidating like other case sales persons in an other main car shop. The car buying experience went quite smoothly. We would buy a car again from Peter vardy Carstore again to and would recommend anyone else to consider them when thinking about buying a car Whilst there was mis-understanding about one of the offers and whilst we disagree with Craig and Alistair reason they at least were honest enough to call with explanation after car sale went through. We came away thinking (hoping) we made right decision in buying car from Peter Vardy Carstore. Whether we got good deal or not depends on how much trouble free motoring in car we get. The positive review and customer service would hopefully indicate so. Note to Peter Vardy Head office outwith car buying experience as regards offers make them more transparent”

“After picking up car noticed small insert missing, wasn't getting much support until Darren who sold me the car took charge of getting this sorted for me. Spoke to me daily to give me an update of what was happening with this. Even came to my house to fit the part. If you are going to buy a car from Peter Vardy carstore Glasgow ask to deal with Darren. His after sales service went above and beyond what I expected.”

“Sales person Alan McMillan was very helpful polite and knowledgeable The problem started when I had paid for my car which was done in cash not by finance. Went to unveil my car and slipped on the satin sheet that was covering it. The sales person Leigh never asked if I was ok even when I said I had a new replacement hip. I couldn't get out of the showroom fast enough. Customer service in this area -pretty appaling really - if I had met someone in the street who had fallen I would have taken time to make sure they were ok never mind a customer. I'm fairly sure I should of been asked if I was ok or hurt in anyway, I wasn't asked if I was fit to drive. Once I got out I drove to Breahead and got out to check my car, that's when I noticed the two front wheels trims hadn't been changed over. I called straight away and was told no one could take my call and Simone would call me back. It's now Wednesday evening and Im yet to receive a call about wheel trims or if I was ok after my accident. The health & safety accident book wasn't completed either. My experience at Peter Vardy as far as the deal of the car goes was fantastic. After sales - very very poor and a complete let down in comparison to that of your competitors.”

“Didn't feel pressurised and the staff were helpful. Only minor grumble is that scuffs etc on the car were not attended to prior to handover, but there was no issue in me bringing the car back in for this to be attended to.”
