“I was very pleased with the service I received at PererVArdy. Particularly aroud the expertise of the sales executive Pauline Barr .She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and and explained the finance details which suited me. THere was no pressure placed upon me and this was in my opinion particularly helpful. She was professional , approachable and immediately made me feel at ease.”

“The salesman, Derek, was polite and helpful. The handover team were also delightful. However had this asked me individually about salesman, sales manager etc It might have been a different score. The sales manager was rude and made several ageist comments against my dad who was helping me purchase my first car. 5 stars is for Derek and the handover team. If I were to come back to Car Store and be faced with the same sales manager I would not be purchasing from Peter Vardy again.”

“Derek Crombie was fantastic I wasn't pressurized into buying the car an absolute asset to your company and will be sending anybody I know to the carstore that was thinking of buying a car. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Many thanks for all your help my car is a dream to drive”

“The service I received at Peter Vardy is probably one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! The team at the store in hilington really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. They day of actually getting my car was an experience it was like getting a birthday present and I got loads of freebies just for buying a car! It's safe to say the people at the store are doing an excellent job and I would defietly go back and recommend everyone!”
