“Very nice showroom, not too pushy. Traded in a car with only a couple of months left til half way through the HP so could have handed that car back but didn’t know that at the time.”

“They eventually did! Started off very badly, we were treated very poorly. However when Darren Cuthbertson stepped in it all changed. He assigned Gavin Loftus to help us whom I cannot praise enough. However there are other members of staff who deserve no praise whatsoever and are a disgrace. But following the replacement of our faulty vehicle, we are now very happy with the current one.”

“"1st time I've purchased a car from peter vardy great experience the salesman Daniel Steven was brilliant explained how it works in car store I was left to look around freely which was great as I felt no pressure into buying I seen a car I liked was taken for test drive and decided to buy when I came back in to pick car up there had been a misunderstanding about new road tax costs which I was made aware of on the day I was not pleased but was told peter vardy would pay 1st years road tax I'm still waiting on refund car was purchased middle of October now into November n still waiting on it I've phoned and was assured money would be put into my account this is the only fly in ointment which I hope is going to be resolved sooner rather than later cause I'm getting fed up waiting "”

“The wide variety of options available is exactly why we came to the carstore. Even although our car of choice was not on site, this was no issue as Chris himself went out of his way to bring it over before completion. Only disappointment was the grey area over whether the car would be ready for agreed time, the time I was left waiting for the pick up and the car was left with marks on paint work which should have been dealt with. Furthermore, it was obvious that the car was rushed as it didn't appear any of the polish had been removed. I only mention this, as would hope that these issues do not occur in the future and can help improve the general high standard that is usual for the carstore.”
