A complete new way of buying a car for us. Many different stages to complete before the purchase of our car. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

My visit to the Carstore was my first visit and I was impressed by the service upon entering . The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and when I entered the showroom I was equally impressed. I was given a tour of the showroom by the salesman , Jamie , before being shown a number of vehicles that fitted my criteria. I was able to test drive the car that I purchased and felt that the car was what I was looking for. After a few initial problems, caused by my documents not the Carstore , the sale went through. Up until this point I was still happy with the service . On a future visit to discuss when I could pick up my new car which I had paid £2300 cash deposit for , I was disappointed to see it on the forecourt covered in sales stickers and without a sold sticker . When I collected my car the residue of the stickers was still on my car and after two subsequent washes still has traces. Since collecting my car I have had to return it as the brakes were clicking and the door strap was making a loud creaking noise .I am disappointed in this as I was ensured that the cars were all fully checked before being handed over. I feel this has changed my experience of the Carstore as an excited customer picking up a new car it did change how I felt.

Loved the fact I was able to look around and not feel harassed. Lisa was around when I needed her but it was good to have freedom to look around in my own time.

Professional and friendly service Kim the salesmans was fantastic at his job a real credit to the store, only thing stopping ms from giving the store an overall 5* is the aftercare team they the store down, other than that a fantastic service provided

I received great service when purchasing my car. The team were friendly from reception to sales. I had the freedom to walk around and take as much time looking at the cars in the indoor showroom. Unfortunately the after sales care is a very different story. The service is terrible, my car had to have a repair and I repeatedly had to phone and leave messages, no one called back. You can never get through to them and end up leaving voicemails with your details, resulting in you having to physically turn up back at the showroom to speak with someone. Disappointing after care.

John Drummond helped us out, after a few hick ups with your salesman Jamie Reid. Also when picking the car up requested car registration to be in my name. The vehicle registration was sent out in my fathers name.

Sales was great, bought my car again from the same salesman with whom I've purchased my previous 2 cars and got me a good deal. However, everything that came afterwards was not great. Promotional offers are very misleading, stating only that if you purchase this car you will receive 'up to £500 in vouchers'. Not one person I asked knew how you got to vouchers or seemed to have a clue about the running promotion but thought nothing of it as my car according to website was coming with £400 on vouchers. However I got zero as it was a cash sale which no-one told me about until it will all signed for! More the website being misleading than staff knowing about it. But it doesn't stop there, picked up my car and as I work late I wasn't in the car store until 7.30 and the whole process was slightly rushed. Checked round the car and my near side rear door would not open. The latch was faulty, so there's me taking a car away that was unroadworthy and the handover guy should have given me an alternative temporarily as the car would not have passed an MOT in that condition. Drivers door rubber seal was hanging off. Cigarette lighter in jammed in centre console also. No mats in the car either even though under the cars specification it states with a tick beside it that mats where in the car. No spare key either so I have to be inconvenienced to either come back into store or wait around at home for the AA to code me a spare key! Put on my seat belt as I'm driving out and white stains all over the belt going accross my chest. Not a good start that's for sure. So come back 2 days later to have to get car valeted again, door fixed, rubber seal ordered and new cigarette lighter ordered also. So much for a 114 point check! My first car purchased from your store has left a very bad taste in my mouth! I would happily buy again from my salesman Barry burns, as always I had a lot of communication with him before, during and after the sale but car faults are unacceptable. I would happily recommend Barry to a friend but peter vardy I'm not so sure.

Great customer service up to the point that we went to pick the car up and none of the three things that we were told would be rectified had been touched. We were then told about a 2 metre rule regarding scratches, something that wasn't mentioned prior to the sale. We have been told that these things will be sorted at a later date

From the onset the staff were attentive and efficient and I was made to feel very welcome. I definately got value for money and have no hesitation recommending peter vardy to family and friends.
