Over all experience was very good from first entering CarStore to driving away with the car. I only reduced the review to good as I was a little bit disappointed ,given the cost of the car, that there were no car mats or a an owner's handbook with the car.

I purchased my car from here about 2 weeks ago everything went smooth was a couple of scratches on my uses car as u expect there to be but they done a really good job restoring the car. Thanks

I enjoyed the car store as it kept my daughter entertained and had a wide variety of cars to choose from which was also available for me to look at there and then

- Polite and friendly sales advisor, activities to keep kids busy like the electric cars. - There were some ups and downs with actual delivery of the car and cosmetic / mechanical issues which was dealt with adequately. Overall rating would be good.

Overall it was OK. Only bit that pis#es me off big time, your building up a bit of rapport with the sales person and he's got to run to the "sale's manager" to make the final deal. Then you have this nugget coming over jumping in and telling you that there only making a little bit of profit if they sell the car at the price you want to pay. Why can't the sales person do this. Why has a third party got to get involved, it's so off putting at one point I was ready to walk out because of nugget I can't fault the rest of the team. The day I went to pick up the car the guy was brilliant but that "sale's manager" guy really peeed off big time.

Salesman John Lennon was very easy to deal with and put no pressure was put on us to buy the car. Overall the experience at car store was very good. Bad point have waited over 4 day for price match query which i sent through main website and still no reply.

Jamie my salesman was efficient and informative, always in contact with different options to make sure my needs and requirements were met. Colin was very good at hand over and dealt with a minor issue very effectively. My initial dealings with contacting your switchboard were a bit lack lustre from the girls on the phone and I had to call back two days after my initial call because I was told I would hear back straight away, in which time I did contact another dealer but had used this company before and been happy with the result. The good rating would have been very good if you improve your initial contact but happy with my new car

Having driven the car away the salesman gave me a courtesy call. I explained about a droning noise from rear. I was advised to call after sales, No one was available to discuss the issue and contact details were left with reception. I still have not received any contact regarding the issue. It sounds like rear wheel bearings and would like a technician to check the car over. (I'm currently at work and not available until 17th June. Best to communicate by email up to this date. Can we orginise for the issue to be check out after this date?) Regarding the service when purchasing . The salesman was very professional and friendly. His time and efforts are much appreciated. When it's time to change cars in the future I will be sure to book an appointment with him personally. Regards, Colin

Bought a 2011 insignia after looking elsewhere in smaller dealers and being put off by hidden accident damage and general overall condition of vehicles. Came to peter Vardy and was happy with the car, that they had advertised, as a genuine straight honest car. No annoying sales people here either, which has to be a bonus. Would be happy to use this company again.

The whole deal with my new car went great. Craig the car dealer done a terrific job. However to find a letter of the rear badge had been knocked off and nobody telling anyone about for us to find just before driving my car away was a total shock! I could have drove away and nobody would have none the wiser until I found it later on. Also when showing my car off to the family later that day I found rubbish left in the car I don't know wether from previous owner or someone in the garage. But for me to spend all this money and to find rubbish in the car when it was supposed to have had a full valet was shocking and disgusting. I reported this and nothing was done about it. I got the replacement badge on the rear of the car but nothing has been done about the discovered rubbish. Which has really annoyed me and I would have liked something to be done about or at least have some sort of compensation for it. Was completely let down and disappointed by Peter vardy and my overall experience from my discoveries on the car.

I was a bit overwhelmed at the front door as too many people were `welcoming` and telling me that Peter Vardy do things differently, although everyone was very nice. Once inside it was a much better experience than other car showrooms. I was assigned Kim, who was very patient with me given my small budget and high hopes, he even gave me alternative options (I only wanted a Fiesta but bought a Ka). The day I collected my car was not so good, it wasn't ready for me and I spent almost 3 hours waiting on it with 2 children who did start to get bored. Kim was as helpful as he could be, with numerous offers of refreshments. There are a few niggles with the car but it is booked in, so hopefully all will be well.

Very happy with the purchase . Just a little annoying to run out of fuel on the test drive. My thanks to John Montgomery for making the deal although I believe that he has since moved on to another company.

My first impression of the Carstore was good, the way the staff greeted the customers and made us feel welcome. We were greeted by Jamie who showed us round even the workshop which was interesting. When we took our car home, we then noticed that the parcel shelf on one side had a clip missing and a cover on the passengers side was loose which I was told just clipped in. After speaking to Deborah she then asked us to bring the car in and had to order the part. These were only minor faults but despite this the Peter Vardy Carstore experience was good. I would have no problem recommending them in future.
