Love my car. Team were very helpful in arranging a good finance deal. Handover could have gone better and the boot wasn't valeted strangely but all in all I'm pleased now.

everything was fine until the handover which was a disaster. it didnt happen on the planned day and had to wait an extra day before car could be collected

Overall very good service, however have had to chase up a couple of outstanding things ourselves that we were told would be done as part of normal service.

Absolutely delighted with the salesman (Alan). Very knowledgeable and helpful. Disappointed to find I had to take my car in to get fixed as ,apparently, it had not been checked over properly. Also disappointed to find Peter Vardy continuing to advertise cheap cars which are not available. Obvious sales ploy.

We were very disappointed and angry to find that the paint protector had been added to our deal as we made it very clear to the salesperson that we did not want to take it. We agreed to take the Gap Insurance but we should have looked more carefully at the agreement as we just assumed that the salesperson listened to what we had said. The overall experience with Peter Vardy was good except for this one thing and on that we feel we wouldn't recommend you to anybody.

After doing the initial review below one of Vardy's marketing staff contacted me instantly and was keen to have the car back at Hillington immediately for further examintion. This was carried out by return and a courtesy car was supplied during the period of my car being in your care. My car was ready for collection within a few days, finished as it should have been the first time. Please convey to your staff my thanks for the repair work which is finished to a very high standard, as it should have been initially. Best wishes for the future Kind regards The whole experience was deflated completely when viewing the new used car on collection; there were stone clip marks on the bonnet of the car. Having purchased 12 cars, from main dealers and used car outlets, I have never received a car with chip marks on it and therefore I was extremely disappointed. This was highlighted to staff Robert MacDonald, Harry Robertson (sales manager) and Mr Cohrone (the manager of the preparation of the cars) at Hillington. It was then brought to my attention that any marks that can not be viewed 2 metres from the vehicle are left unfinished. This information can be viewed within Peter Vardy's sales area but not brought to my attention until the day of collection. I did test drive a model of the car which I purchased but not the car that was allocated to me. If during the course of the test drive an inspection on the car I certainly would not have agreed to the offer. Delivery date: 28/08/15 Stockbook Number: 280230 Invoice Number: 301

The sales process is very good, however I'm not confident that all the checks they claim are done on the cars before collection are actually carried out.

I am very happy with my car as the salesman Geoff was very helpful and pleasant. the after sales service that I have experienced has stopped me from giving a very good as due to no fault of geoffs had anyone got back to me with regards to the few things that I noticed and called Geoff about. overall the salesmen are very good but after sales needs to be improved. also when you say £40 of petrol went into the car it would help if it did a there definitely wasn't in mine again due to no fault of geoffs.

Generally pretty happy with the service I received, all staff very pleasant and never felt pressured into buying something i didnt want. Extremely pleased with the car I bought, the finish on the valet was great and the 114 point check gives good piece of mind!

I was very pleased the way i was treated when purchasing the Antara but the team let them selves down at the end when there was unnecessary markings on the wheels which i was told would be sorted.. I was told take the car and we will phone you tonight to fix a time for it to be done for even they said was unacceptable and apologised .. A week has gone by and i have not received a phone call about bringing the car in so i am now having to book it in to a local place for valeting service.

Customer experience very good. Deal including trade in excellent. Customer advisor Alan Macmillan could not have been more helpful. Exit procedures for vehicle collection could have been more efficient. It took 2.5 hours to collect car. Sheila Maclennan

Proved to be an efficient operation in store, although having a sales person tail was a negative for me as I felt a's though there wasn't enough freedom for my liking, however staff were helpful and asked appropriate questions to define my needs from my purchase. I would visit again.

Good deals, excellent service carried out in the best used car showroom most of us will see. At ease the whole time. Sales executive Tony was good, manager Alastair did well for me (good finance deal, sourced the car I really wanted, regular communication). My car was handed over to me by Colin who was great, the CarStore second-to-none for customer service + experience. Will definitely recommend.
