“I Got a good deal for my old car and monthly payments I can afford. And all the sales staff were very Curtis. Unfortunately I also have a bad experience as the car was not valeted as I would have expedited and I decided to take it else where to be valeted.”

“The buying part of the car was good as always, helpful sales team and kept up to date all way through sale....And when the car was found to be lacking various extras the sales team efficiently and quickly sought to find and supply replacements. Michael from Peter Vardy worked very hard to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase and was a great example of how Peter Vardy deals with their customers. Would always recommend.”

“It's not too difficult to be nicer, smarter and more approachable than the largest provider of new and used cars in Scotland, but the Hillington brach of Peter Vardy were good to deal with for sure.”

“The guy Chris was good and helped me as much as he could. It took 3 days to find out if the car I picked had reverse sensors, I ended up calling Vauxhall’s and found out in 30 seconds. The car was in Perth so I never seen the car, I wasn’t called to say it had came down and that I could come see it or test drive it. The first time I seen it was on the drive out part of the showroom. I found out it had no passenger shelf, drivers window was scratched, scratch in paint work at the front and no sensors fitted. I told Chris that my insurance ran out on Monday he said that was fine, I was then handed onto someone in handover told them the same and she said that was fine and it then got passed to a third person who know nothing about this and I nearly never had my car in time before my old insurance ran ou. I have had to contact Peter Vardy myself a lot as no one ever calls me back. I am still waiting to know when I have to bring my car in for repair and sensors fitted. Thanks”

“The process once you step through the doors is very well designed and organised which impressed me. I was looking to purchase a Nissan Juke and whilst there weren’t any at the Hillington office, our sales person Connor, was very helpful and managed to source one for us from Aberdeen which was great. We were initially told they would have to bring it down on the Tues to allow us to view it before purchasing the vehicle however I didn’t receive a call until the Thurs which was unfortunate. I went into view the car and was really pleased, took it for a tests drive too which was great. I signed the paperwork required as I was informed it takes a couple of days for the finance to be set up. I received a courtesy call on the Wed and was informed once the car was ready we could arranged pick up. I then received another call on the Friday asking if I could pop in that evening to sign papers. I advised the girl I had already which she replied she hadn’t seen that and as it takes 24hrs fo the finance to go through, I could pick up the car on the Saturday afternoon. On picking up the car the whole process was very quick and smooth and I was very pleased with that. All in all, Connor who was my salesperson was excellent and very knowledgable however, I feel the whole process could have easily been more smoother as it was 2 weeks later before I actually picked up the car which I am delighted with.”
