“Michael Payne was my sales person on my second attempt to get finance for my car. I found him to be very helpful and always returned my calls and answered all my questions promptly. At all times he was professional and also went out his way with his customer care and professionalism. I would recommend others due to my experience with this particular salesman and his customer care.”

“We were advised to arrive early to pick up new car as trade-in had not been viewed, we arrived at 12.15, new car pick up time was 1pm, I completed the relevant paperwork then waited for about 20 mins to then be to at 1.15 that the car was not ready and would be another 30 mins. We were to visit my father-in-law in hospital at 2pm which we were then late for.”

“Michael Mcguire was our sales exec he was very polite attentive if i asked him questions he answered them or if he was not 100% sure he checked with his manager he made that part of the experience very easy. He is a 5 star sales exec Thank you Michael”

“My sales woman was Lisa who was amazing thru out me applying and getting my car any issues I had Lisa was there to help me with just a call best sales woman I have ever dealt with and would recommend Lisa to anyone who wishes to buy a car from Peter Vardy car store thanks once again Lisa for everything you have done for me”

“Our sales person Nathan was a 5 out of 5, great attitude very relaxed environment and no hard sales, he let vehicle talk for itself & really listened to our requirements. All very relaxed and professional. Would highly recommend friends visit the store as good variety of vehicles Vehicle handover was dealt with in sameFantastic way by Jody. Unfortunately same can’t be said of the vehicle checks, we drove 45 minutes home, stopped for 10 mins to grab a takeaway and when we got back into the car it wouldn’t start! 2.5 hrs later RAC confirmed it was a flat battery, we then had to take car back into Glasgow store - 1.5 hour round trip and 2 hour wait it was fixed, however after sales appears to have no people skills whatsoever particularly given we had gone out of our way to bring car back in with an issue that should have been picked up before we collected our new car. My husband was effectively ignored for 2 hours despite sitting and pacing outside Keith’s office,all left a sour taste and lost confidence in the car - total opposite of what our after sales experience should have been.”

“I was initially disappointed with the car purchasing experience I had with CarStore. However, their quick response prooved that this is a company values customers' opinions. Though I was pushed to get the car in Nov, the car was not serviced when the car was delivered, the car service was quickly arranged and their customer service has tried their best to make customers happy. The car mat was not in the car when it was delivered as promised. They did put the mat to the car after service though the quality was not very good.”

“Dealt with buying the car in a quick and efficient manner. Lisa was very informative and when I contacted her with regard no handbook within the car she dealt with this very quickly and contacted me to see how I was getting on with the car.”

“Lisa MaGuire was excellent, her communication throughout was fantastic, from email to phone calls. She has a friendly manner. The reason for the 4 stars was that the car did not match the spec only 1 key the Nav was not working, things that I am waiting to be sorted. The car was not ready on the agreed day so had to cancel my insurance transfer to the next day.”

“Sales man Nathan was good. Very professional. Looked smart. Other staff member who had a car store T-shirt on was not as smart looking. I think all staff should be dressed more professional and not in car store T-shirts. Hand over team not so good. The girl I spoke to a few times on the phone (Natalie I think, I cant remember her name.) She was not very helpful. She didn't know where my car was and said she was unable to access part of the system to check on it. It took longer than expected to come down from Aberdeen. I didn't like her telephone manner and was not happy dealing with her. To be honest I have bought several cars and have always used Arnold Clark or Taggarts and I received better customer service from both of them. I wouldn't use Peter Vardy again or recommend them.”
