“My experience has been ok. When I picked the car up it had obviously been rushed through as little repairs hadn’t been carried out. However the staff were very apologetic and everything has now been sorted.”

“We returned to Peter Vardy after a couple of months buying our first car from them. The car gave us nothing but problems, and we initially had to struggle to get anyone to help us or even acknowledge there was a problem. Eventually George contacted us and did everything he could to help us resolve the problem. We ended up having to get a new car as the problems in the old one just couldn’t be rectified. George set us up an appointment with James and Michael in sales, and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We now have our new car and love it! Despite having a dreadful initial impression with Peter Vardy, they have redeemed themselves. We have given them 4 stars to account for the initial problems, but were very happy with the new car - from service to collection and beyond. Thank you.”

“Called to enquire about a particular car at short notice that turned out to be in a different store -- found me a similar (albeit more expensive) car which I ended up buying. Only giving 4/5 because the salesman texted me tonight pleading with me to rate him 5 stars and that just doesn't sit right with me.”

“I was made to feel welcomed and all my questions were answered. They weren’t pushy sales people that you usually deal with and endless tea/coffee, what more could you want! Only negative thing was I had to wait over a week to get my car. Everything else went so well and the staff couldn’t be nicer, I’ll be back!”

“I found Connor Barr excellent at explaining everything I needed to know and there was no pressure from him to buy. Can’t say the same about the handover team as I had to wait over an hour because the car wasn’t ready.”

“Although I didn't get the car deal I originally came in for I did end up with a good deal. The offer shown on the website and signs in the showroom was unavailable as none of these cars were left. This has affected my rating down from a 5. Lisa found me a car just in which met all my requirements and after a quick test drive it was an easy sale. When I purchased the car I was not given a print out if the prep standards but this has now been rectified and I have been sent them electronically - for this reason I am happy to change my answer to yes I have received them.”
