“I really appreciated all the afterhelp particularly from John , how constistenly he made sure myself and the car were doing after the cars battery died twice during and after collection. He tried his best to give us he best deal possible especially when myself and my dad were in two minds about things.”

“Great customer service from Connor also very helpful with choosing the car. Picking my car up wasn’t very good because I was kept waiting for 4 hours to receive my car after being told everything was ready to go over the phone.”

“From the second you step in to the Car Store you are presented with smiling faces and very helpful staff. All the time during my purchase I was treated very well and provided with tea or coffee. When picking up my car, the service was the same. Great value and staff”

“Having already purchased a car from the Car Store I had high expectations but unfortunately we encountered some delays this time around when we were due to collect our new car. Our sales advisor Connor Barr went above and beyond to ensure this was delivered to us on another day and kept us in touch with updates.”

“I am happy with Scott he was friendly. The system to sign paper work is disgraceful , two bits of paper I had to sign which took 2 minutes and was waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes !!!! Not happy Was told a free gift which was an echo - didn’t happen. I would be rating you as a 1 if it hadn’t been for Scott. Total let down for the 2 nd time. This will be the last time I use peter vardy. Far to much hassle than it’s worth”

“Our initial contact at Car Store was with Sales executive Ross Spriggs. He was very polite and helpful in helping us choose the car we were looking for. He is a credit to both himself and Car Store. We had been told the car had been serviced but the car service book had not been stamped. Also we were told the car would be valeted but on handover the two front seats were still very wet as it had just been done prior to handover and it was clear the back seat had not been touched. I have since had a malfunction of the Tyre Pressure Monitor System, not what you expect after 4 days . I am a bit disappointed to say the least.”

“CarStore kept in touch with me and let me know when my car was available for a test drive. I would suggest there is a better system for customers to contact your sales advisors/handover team. I had messages left for me by several different people but always struggled to ring back and actually speak to the right person!”

“The car was prepared to a good standard and Brian the salesman was very knowledgeable. A negative was the length of time taken to receive money that was part of the part exchange of my old car and lack of communication as to why as it turned out the person who processed the payments was Ill”

“Excellent sales advisor who went the extra mile. First time I have used this company and was disappointed that there was a delay in receiving the car due to the set up of a 'hand over team'. Who incidentally, never got in touch or replied to an email I forwarded. The sales advisor actually ended up delivering the car to my workplace himself...otherwise I may have had to wait another day, 10/10 Ross. Why there is a need for a hand over team is beyond me. Personally I prefer the person who sells me the car to hand it over to me. After all they are the ones doing all the hard work. Overall very happy with information, advice and support given to me by Ross. And very happy with my purchase too!”
