“Not experienced Carstore before and was a bit wary of providing details before getting in Jodie was the salesperson assigned to me and she was great. Really helpful but not in your face Didn't have what I was initially looking for but Jodie suggested another version which I then purchased Straightforward and easy.. no experience yet of aftercare although Jodie responded quickly to an email”

“There was a good choice of cars all under one roof, varying in age and price. The salesman explained the layout of the building, and how it was split up into different areas for different types of car. We were left alone to browse, but the salesman was always available in case we had questions.”

“Michael was helpful when buying the car. Unfortunately another salesman called the ‘numbers guy’ as he self-nominated himself was very unhelpful. He made the experience poor and made me feel pressured. He was acting as if he was offering me wonderful deals that were actually all the same. I actually chose not to buy the car that night due to pressure. Michael then helped me sort another car.”

“Nice car happy with service. Was not happy that I had to travel in to sign finance documents and couldn't do it online. Only had car less than a week but so far I'm pleased with it. Sat nav needs fixed.”
