“Ive had the most incredible experience at the peter vardy car store at the beginning of June . I've purchased a fantastic car this was done with the help sales person Jamie reid at carstore this all due to jamie who worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to get this deal done and his choice car that suited my needs was spot on and from this I will give 5 ????????????????????and in that i thank him gratefully also included are all the other staff from reception to managers just fantastic no words can describe my delight at the end result for me personaly i have and will have no hesitatation in recomending the peter vardy car store . Best experience I've ever had”

“What you get from Peter Vardy isn't the norm when you go to buy a car. The staff couldn't be nicer and the prices couldn't be cheaper. Even when you go to pick up your new purchase, it's like your own private show. Roger, Lorraine and Caitlyn couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I'll definitely purchase a car from there again in the future and recommend to others they do the same.”

“From Start to finish, an experience to say the least. Friendly helpful staff, Roger was attentive throughout the process. The day of collection was where Vardys differ from the rest. A big reveal, flashing lights and music choices. Very different indeed. My wife was delighted. Aftersales dept were easy to deal with also. Would buy from again.”

“I recently my daughter her first car from Peter Vardy at braehead, we had a genuinely pleasant experience, the staff there are excellent, really hospitable, no pressure, very accomodating and helpful. The sales guy, Michael, couldn't have been better.....He answered any queries we had in an easy to understand manner, by the time we left I felt at ease and comfortable with our purchase, in fact, I have actually asked him to look out for a car I intend to buy for myself.....when we returned a couple of days later to collect the car, arranged effortlessly with Emma, we had a good laugh with Colin and his handover team, they helped make it a really special day for us all, am grateful for that.....I would recommend t.he braehead branch to anyone in the market for a car.....I am hoping to hear from Michael soon re a wee A3 for myself!....hats off guys, you're doing a grand job, thank you.....Louis”

“I've given Peter Vardy a 3 out of 5, this is 4 for the sales guy Eliott and 2 for the CarStore. I went to the garage with the intention of just looking but it all got out of hand very quickly and before I knew it I'd paid a deposit for a car I hadn't seen and signed a contract before the car they'd found for me on the system could be brought over from Fife. The original car I went to see on the website wasn't there; the website doesn't match their stock. The sales guy was very good though I felt pressured to buy the Platinum Protection and GAP insurance, something I wouldn't have done in hindsight as the protection is 10x the retail cost and the GAP insurance 4x the actual cost if you look online. To be fair the sales guy was only doing his job, the fault lies with Peter Vardy's policy of selling highly marked up products to the consumer. When I saw the car I thought it was fantastic and went for a test drive and pointed out a couple of scratches, which they said would be looked at. After I'd gone back to pick it up I didn't feel the platinum protection had been applied (though they assured me it had and they offered to re-apply it) as the car was dusty and the scotch guard inside definitely hadn't been done. Also only one of the scratches had been looked at and they'd used the wrong colour for it; it looked liked they'd picked off the paint around it with their nails then applied a different color to it - the after-sales girl said they'd mixed up a colour as close to the original as they could find - she clearly was guessing as she had no idea what they'd done! I found a number of issues with the car and Elliott was very helpful in trying to get them resolved through their team but given the bodge their mechanics had done with the paint scratch I decided to do the fixes myself and ordered the official colour from Ford. I also couldn't afford to take a day off work to take the car in - their mechanics don't work on Saturdays. I was offered the possibility of a courtesy car but that wouldn't have been available till mid-June. Overall I'd say I'd buy from Elliot again as he was good at his job but I wouldn't buy from Peter Vardy as I don't like the hard-sell of expensive additional services and I wouldn't trust their repair guys to fix issues with the car.”

“I chose Peter Vardy as my previous car was purchased from your Peter Vardy branch and I was delighted with service received. Whilst I am delighted with my pre loved Mokka there have been a few issues on after sales which I feel could have been dealt with more efficiently.”

“Ref the purchase of an audi a5 this week from Peter Vardy Great car , car was exactly as described by Jamie (congratulations to all involved in the prep) great experience all round. Jamie has a professional yet extreemly friendly approach and nothing was too much trouble even though we had lots of questions. With his great attention to detail and knowledge of the product he made the whole process so easy. A pleasure to do business with in fact tthe whole staff are a credit to the management. We have sung your praises so much that you can expect a call from another potential customer who will be looking for a car at the end of this year.”
