Chewy is the best company for pet supplies, period. They have the most pleasant and accommodating representatives, and they are quick and accurate with all of their deliveries. Great prices, too.

These guys are the best! Super fast delivery, great prices and product selections. I've been ordering American Journey, which is a Chewey exclusive, and both my cats love it, which is miraculous! Thank you Chewey!!!!

Chewy is THE WORST I had to talk to them on the phone 5 - yes 5 - for an online order just to get my order correct. Then a 6th time because they double charged me and refused to refund - that’s fraud!!! I never even received my ordered products

Their products, pricing and customer service are among the best I've had using online shopping. I wish I can rate them a "6". Any questions and concerns where quickly resolved, even during this trying time. I will not hesitate to continue using them.

Fast shipping. Friendly customer service. Need other filters for treats or food like “low fat” or “fat content”. A filter for “made in US only” would be great, too. Really love Chewy and glad they also do prescriptions! I can get everything in one place!

Chewy.com is the WORST on-line service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an urgent prescription order on Marcy 26. It is still being prepared for delivery. I contacted the company and after waiting 25 minutes was told it was on the dock waiting to be picked up by FedEx. What is going on? I am most annoyed as this is for an 8 year old cat and I am completely out of food for him. I will never this company again.

UNBELIEVABLE----I Ordered LATE Sunday Night--Called to Cancel Order Monday Morning--Shipments were to be delayed--LESS THAN 24 hours --Monday I Canceled----Was Told They couldn't give me A Confirmation Number On Cancellation???---WEDNESDAY--I Get Noticed "Your Order was Shipped" ??? I am NO LONGER At this Address?? I Cancelled Monday?? This Company Does Not Communicate With Warehouse---You Order from Chewys For Convenience??? Everytime I Have to Call Its an Average Of 20 Min ON HOLD---Wed. I Talked to 2 people---40 min--Was told IT WAS CANCELLED--But I Was CHARGED???? Thursday I Have a Package at my House---AGAIN NOT IN TOWN??? NOW I Have to Fight it with Paypal AND THE BANK--CONVENIENCE???? NO Get off your But and Go to the Store--The Prices are the Same and You Don't have to Deal With a Company That Doesn't Give a S**T--They DONT Communicate with each Other--They WONT Give you a Cancellation Number???? HORRIBLE

I buy my chinchillas Rabbit Hole Hay from Chewy and LOVE the quality. Way less dust than other brands and chinchilla approved!

This company is awesome and have caring people working for them. A few days ago I was on the phone with one of the associates placing a new order. They had a lot of patients with me, when I was asking so many questions. Later the day, our pet passed away. So I called and cancel the order that I just placed. They were so sorry. A few days later I received flowers with a note from them. The flowers were so pretty and it was so sweet of them to send us their sympathy. We love chewy.com!!!

Fast, fast, fast shipping! Ordered 120 cans of cat food. Unfortunately about 15 cans were VERY dented. Threw out a few cans because substantial dents on top of can where seal is located. Didn't want to take a chance. Competitive pricing and I signed up for autoship. Will see how next order comes in.

With the sudden death of my beloved Herbert Hoover (my dog, not the former president), I forgot to cancel my automatic shipments of his specialty dog food. I contacted chewy.com to inform them I would need to cancel this subscription fully expecting that I would pay for the case of food that was already en route. Not only did I receive personal condolences emails from multiple staff, they refunded my payment and kindly asked me to donate the food to a local shelter! I was more than impressed with these kind gestures and kept telling people about this amazingly thoughtful company when I came home from work a couple days later only to find a beautiful floral arrangement from my chewy.com friends...I will forever be a chewy.com customer. A company that remembers and cares about their customers and really does give back to the community.

Chewy has the best customer service. I had an issue with a product and they resolved the issue immediately. They asked for a picture of my pet and then sent me the cutest hand painted picture of my pup. My family and I were so impressed and felt so special. I wish more businesses had such great customer service.

This company has really great service and the customer service reps are awesome! My food was delivered on time and the ordering process is super easy! Chewy sent me a custom picture of my little chihuahua Lucy for Christmas! Lucy recently passed away at 17 years old, but I will cherish the lovely picture. Thank you to the Chewy family.
