This company has always gone above and beyond every time I've ordered from them! I have had a few instances where I received a wrong item in an order. Contacting their customer service was so easy - no wait times or lots of buttons to push to get u to the right extension. Not only have they quickly sent me the missing items, but they have always let me keep the wrong items. This past time, I got a $50 gift card as well! Can't say enough good things about them! Thank you thank you thank you chewy!

I ordered a time sensitive order and these circus clowns didn't deliver it to me on time, then Fedex said i refused the shipment, they never delivered it. Their prices are above what I can get it for locally and you will do MUCH better to get it as these clowns won't deliver it.

Frauds ! Charged my credit card over and over and over in 2 days. $556.00 in charges and management said they would fix it and stop the charges and instead have kept charging. Turned them into my CC company for fraud. They aren't worth what they do to you. Go somewhere else

Do not buy from this company. Charged my CC over and over in 2 days. Double charged for items. Almost $600 in 2 days and even though management said they would stop it they instead continued to charge. The prices are the same with other places. Avoid this company if you can. I will never purchase another thing from them

I have been getting my food for my two Yorkies auto shipped for a few years: one of my dogs is very ill and has to have prescription dog food now. I chatted with them and they refunded my money, and told me to donate the food to a local rescue. That is wonderful customer service and very nice to be able to help animals less fortunate than mine.

I needed to reset my password - something simple right? Just click “forgot password” right? NOT! Call us anytime it says all over the web sight, I called - maybe they can reset it, easy right? NOT! I called simply to be told they couldn’t help me, It become a federal issue requiring the “opening of a TECH SUPPORT ticket to reset a password! I work at a call center talking to people 12 hours a day, Chewy is supposed to make it easier for their customers more convenient to shop for our pets. The agent Jessie after I explained all this decided it was a good time “to make a sale” & offered you place my order rather than fix the problem I was having. If I wanted sales help I’d have gone to the store. Further, when I called back to cancel my account completely - the 2nd agent didn’t bother to verify I was the authorized person TO cancel or attempt to “save” the account and just did it. When I asked for an email confirming the cancelation he, sounding board, said he would “request” it be sent to me. I Manage and train call center agents for a living (Mcghan Service Consultants) This experience is made worse because of the simplicity of matter - & how ill equipped BOTH agent were - when faced with such a menial task. Wonder a billing dispute would go like? 🤔 So sorry - like I tell my agents - as a consumer I will pay $20 more and drive miles out of my way for the SAME product - for THE SERVICE.

So much stuff jammed into one box that the bag of dog food exploded. Third time this has happened. Company did not even offer to replace exploded bag of food. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My dog unexpectedly passed away one day after his RX food shipped. Once my pup was laid to rest and I kinda got myself together I called Chewy to cancel my pup's reoccurring shipment. As much as I thought I had it together when I started explaining to the customer service representative why I needed to cancel the shipments, I lost it. He was very empathetic and was able to help me quickly and painlessly. Chewy even refunded the money for my most recent shipment of dog food and told me to donate the bag to a local shelter in SAM's name. He also told me to call back if I just needed to talk to someone. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how painless Chewy customer service made an already painful time. I have always had great experiences with this company and recommend them, but now I highly recommend Chewy and commend their AMAZING customer service representatives.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer for years. Chewy stands behind their products, and promptly returns/exchanges as needed. It wasn't until my beloved Gryffin's passing that i truly witnessed the compassion and selflessness within a company, and their customer service. Thank you Savannah for all you've done, going above and beyond in handling my account during my time of grief, and for the beautiful bouquet that arrived the next day. I'm truly touched. Should I ever have another pet again, Chewy will be my #1 go to place for all my pet needs.

This company, by far, exceeds any online company I have dealt with. They care about your pets, customer service is excellent, returns/refunds never a problem. Delivery during the peak of COVID was a little longer, however, they are back on track with fast delivery. I recommend this company a thousand times over. You can never go wrong with Chewy.com.

We've been using Chewy for dog food and medications for the last three years. Unfortunately, our dog recently passed. Chewy not only gave us a refund of unused medication and food, they sent flowers to our home. Such a great company! Thank you Chewy!

a friend gave me a gift card from Chewy.com. When I went to use it, I would get an error saying something was wrong with the card and to call. Called several times with no satisfaction or resolution. NEVER PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on 09/24/2020 based on 1-3 shipping that they advertise. According to their own website the order did not ship until 09/25/2020 and they say I should receive by 10/02/2020, however Fed Ex website says 10/01/2020. I tried to send an email voicing my displeasure as now I have to go to the local pet store and pay more money to get food to hold me over until then and got a generic automated response. Tried to go online and chat with a customer service rep about it and she disconnected the chat in the middle of me typing a sentence. Called the 800 customer service line and was basically told it was Fed Ex fault and the person I was talking to did not to even seem to care and told me to call Fed Ex. Their prices are about the same as my local pet store, so I will go back there for my supplies in the future. Chewy.com gained and lost a customer within the course of 48 hours and I will make sure I tell all my friends and family of my displeasure. What has customer service come to these days??????

I placed a pharmacy order on Sept 2. It is now September 15th and my dog does on have his meds yet.i called on the 10th. I was told they had a hard time contacting my vet but had finally made contact on the 8th - 6 days later(don’t know why - the RX is in the dogs record of which I have a copy). I called again on the 11th. Was informed it had shipped that morning and I might have it by the 13th. On the 13th I receive notice that it has shipped out - on the 13th not the 11th? Now , I received notice it will be here the 15th. Guess what? Not here... I’m taking my business elsewhere. No excuse for it taking two weeks to receive my dog’s meds.

Chris!! In customer support. He said he’s somewhat new, so I hope this goes to the correct Chris. Chewy sent me my auto ship missing one flavor that I ordered... I called customer support and Chris was so awesome, so much fun, he has cats and dogs, total pet lover, and it is sooooo nice to call a PET company and have people who work there who also have a love for pets! My name is Jayne Griffith, so if you need to look up my account to see which Chris helped me, please do! He deserves so much credit for being so friendly when customer service is LACKING in today’s world! Thanks again Chris!

when I called to change my autoship times, I said the reason why was that my dog has passed away the previous Friday. they sent me flowers! who does that?? Chewy does. I have never had anything but great service from them. any bad review on here must be a freak of nature. Kim Franz

I just want to say thank you so much for the beautiful flowers. I Had called originally about a product that was left out of my order. I spoke to a customer servicerepresentative his name was Jason He not only replace the item without any questions asked without any hassle.I talk to him about the passing of two of my cats within a month he listened intently and was very kind. I’ve been a customer for over three years and I absolutely adore your company. I have never had a problem with any thing that chewy has not reconciled immediately. Today I received flowers from Jason and I broke down in tears. Thank you so much that was so beautiful of y’all to do. Thank you again and God bless you and please keep up the beautiful work that you do for our Fur babies. 🌷🌹💐

I wish I could give this company a 10 star review. My 16 year old lab just passed away and not only did chewy refund my money on the last shipment they sent me flowers. Customer service like this is had to find and totally unexpected. Thank you Chewy.com I will share my experience with everyone I know. Thanks for making my day a lot brighter.

Excellent selection responsive Customer Service they display consistently true profound compassion in offering for purchase food & supplies for Our Most Beloved Fellow Animal True Friends P.S. Notable improvement has been repeatedly requested to have heavy boxes of Chewy supplies delivered as noted on the Chewy web site & almost never are the heavy boxes left where is requested & reasonable

I have ordered from Chewy multiple times, with no problems. Fast, quick delivery. My last order was not packed well. My kitty litter apparently smashed the case of Sheba wet food and broke several open and made a mess. I contacted customer service to let them know so they could make sure to pack it better the next time. They sent me a replacement case of the Sheba food, and it was here the next day. Amazing customer service!!
