“Canned food arrives badly dented time and again. Have advised Chewy people several times but the problem continues. Just ordered 2 dozen cans of dog food of which 8 must be discarded. Very disappointed.”

“I placed a order on 11/30/2019 in which it showed all items were in stock and here it is 5 days later and it still hasn't shipped! Yet, they claim 1-2 Day Shipping. They're giving me a story saying it due to bad weather. Oh, I hadn't heard that Florida is having a Blizzard. Offering me a $15 discount on my next order placed by 3/31/2020. Well, I won't need to place another order by that date!.. Screw Chewy and I'm cancelling my order and taking my business where it is appreciated.”

“Offered 2 day shipping. The order ship date changed 3 times and still was not on its way after day 4. According to Cust Service, they had too many ordered . No thanks. That was my first and last time ordering from Chewy.com”

“Was having difficulty with checkout and “buy one get one” offer. Emailed them and received reply within 30 min. When I continued to have issues my next email brought a quick phone call and all settled in a very few minutes. Wow! Super customer service”

“I recently ordered a 90 day supply of my dog's arthritis pain medication. This was my first time using Chewy. They have great prices, wide selection, quick shipping, & friendly customer service staff! Thank you RONNIE IN THE DALLAS OFFICE! You were so helpful in expediting my dog's shipment so he wouldn't run out of his meds! Talking with you made my day! 😊”

“I discovered Chewy when I went looking for Feliway for my dad’s cat with an unrivaled capacity for spraying. My vet was out and I needed some as quick as possible to ensure that my now deceased father’s kitty wouldn’t spray my own home. Feliway is absolutely essential for us with him (Grey) in our household. I let it run out a couple of times and within hours he sprays near it (we have one in each room). Found Feliway at Chewy for 1/3 the price. My vet charges more than $30 for the stuff and I would be broke or spray-ridden without Chewy. The auto-ship feature that is quite customizable is fabulous. I never have to worry about running out of Feliway again and never have to pay $130/month to keep it flowing again. I simply don’t have money to shred. Not only that, but they have lots of things for difficult kitties like Grey who loves to spray, and is also extremely finicky (thanks Dad!). They have all sorts of food toppers and no-grain foods. I found the only cat food Grey will touch—Tiger cans. No, really. He’s 15 and ate off of my dad’s plate. He will quite literally starve himself to death before eating something he doesn’t like. And, again, it can be auto shipped! I live in a rural town and have little access to variety and specialty items. Chewy has utterly saved me...and Grey, for that matter.”

“I will no longer purchase soft dog treats from Chewy because they always come completely flat. I inquired about it via the on-line chat to see if they can send them in a separate box without charging extra but they said they can only request that they be more careful with packaging. Pill pockets come like rolled out cookie dough because the canned dog food and/or the bagged food gets tossed on top. That's another thing, they send large bags of dog food along with multiple cases of canned food in the same box, making it impossible for me to get it all inside my house! I have to open the box on the front step and take the items out one by one. I'll be purchasing my pet supplies from Amazon Prime from now on as the items I buy are currently the same price and I don't have to order a certain amount all at once to get free shipping as a Prime member.”

“I have loved Chewy for years, but the last few orders have taken MUCH LONGER to get delivered than previously. The vetsulin I order is more expensive @ Chewy than that what my vet charges. The prescription dog food is a few $ more at my vet but I'm not left waiting day after day for a delivery. Not to mention they package a big bag of heavy dog food w/ treats that often arrived damaged!”
