I called chewy because I had a question regarding their products. I talked about my cats’ situation that he had lung cancer so he got surgery. He was very ill.. The first representative was very nice. She sent me a card, that stated that these flowers make your day, brighten the room and list your spirits. Feel better. I really feel thankful but I did not receive the flower so I called chewy regarding the card. The guy who answered the phone on 9/18/2021 did not show any sympathy for my cat who just got big surgery. His lung was cut off. He said that I can’t do anything for your dog. He is a cat! I really felt sick from talking with him. Is it top-notch services??? Thanks for the card!!

This is the second time that I have placed an order and I am not receiving it until 4 or 5 days later (so much for their shipping policy of 1-2 days after placing an order), Twice I had a delivery date set for a specific day for 2 days on the website only to just have it delayed both times for 1-2 days more. Just horrible, dog food selection is great but the delivery just horrible.

Lightning fast delivery. Almost immediate response to emails. Excellent, to-notch customer service. No other company can beat their customer service team. Products are great! If ever any issues, they make it right immediately. Been a regular customer for many years and will continue for many to come. It is obvious that they care!

We used Chewy exclusively for many years. Customer Reps are great and they back their products. However, over the last several months, we repeatedly had shipment after shipment of damaged products. Continuous phone calls to Chewy failed to rectify the issue. Every shipment requested packing materials; which never transpired. After six shipments containing damaged products, we decided to take our business elsewhere. What is very interesting is that Chewy management seems to have no concern that they are losing long time customers. Family and friends have also found other sources for pet supplies. Chewy should realize they are not the only availability to purchase pet supplies.

Chewy always has lightening fast delivery and the easiest return policy I’ve ever seen. I knew they were a special company, but I did not know HOW special until now. I called last week to ask to return my pups supplements has he suddenly passed the day before. Today, 6 days after he passed I received a sympathy card and this beautiful painting of my sweet Sonny. Chewy will forever and always have my business.

I highly recommend Chewy. I have ordered from them for several years and have had perfect service, both in correctness of the order and quick delivery. I, also, like that one can speak directly to a human being when one has a question.

I have nine cats and until this past Tuesday, a lab mix dog. She was elderly and her arthritis made her days too painful, despite medication. I said goodbye to my friend of fifteen years. It’s amazing how many people you have to let know your pet has died. As Chewy had provided her all her medications for the past three years, I went online to my account to remove her scripts. As I could find no method for removal, I wrote a brief email to the Chewy pharmacy to inform them of her death. I also notified my town clerk and her microchip provider, Home Again. I came home this evening and found a fresh flower arrangement and sentiment waiting for me. Honestly, I thought my vet had sent them. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was Chewy. To have my loss acknowledged meant a lot. All too often, the loss of a pet is brushed aside and dismissed as it’s just a cat or a dog. It was an effort that I appreciated..even if it is “good business” on their part. I’ve been a frequent customer for many years and that’s not saying there haven’t order mixups, but every effort has been made to make things right. I also appreciate their hard work during the pandemic. They allowed thousands of us to stay home safe. I will continue to patronize them for years to come. Thank you.

despicable customer service managers service and no response from corporate office. tha management lies of what and how they will fix the problem. I had 4 times insuline for my cat delivery and processing screwed up. this incompetent units working there do noting productive but creating more problems. only thing I hear " iam sorry" without meaning of it. LAST PLACE TO CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS. BE WARE OF THEIR IGNORANCE. YOU IDONT WANT YOUR LOVING PET TO SUFFER

Chewy is the BEST company. I have had nothing but incredible customer service with them; quick response time, genuine, caring, supportive communication regarding my experiences as well as my pets' experiences. They refunded one of my items & told me to keep it & donate it to a shelter to put to good use...such a generous, inspiring gesture! I am happy to remain a longtime, loyal customer :)

Chewy has made my life easier because of their fast delivery. They are very professional. My clients bird died and they sent her a gift. I get a prescription dog food written by my vet Pieper Olson Middletown,CT. I never had a problem with chewy filling my order. My Vet told me today that they no longer work with chewy because we may not be getting the correct ingredient in the food. then they said we now do our own ordering for customers. They are liars and are all about money. Chewy's products are not fake. Pieper Olson is wrong doing this.

I try to buy Nexgard with them. They need my vet authorization but they say they can’t call the vet or fax them only sending email. I called my vet hospital and they were waiting for a fax They made everything hard and I need to cancel the order. So disappointed

I needed a gift for my wife in 11 days and they promote 1-3 day shipping of orders over $49. I ordered a pet stroller for my wife with no communication or expected delivery date. I assumed my order would be shipped within 1-3 days as that is what they advertise. 7 days later, still not shipped, order status shows preparing to ship. Very unhappy with their level of communication of expectations. I usually order through Amazon prime but due to my wife being able to see whats ordered, I chose to go through chewy so It would be a surprise. Never again will I order on their site. Way to drop the ball on a new Customer Chewy.

From the first time I ordered with them they were super accommodating and friendly. I hesitated to sign up for the auto ship but I did try it and because it is so super easy to change items and dates I am a huge fan. I hope they never change. Last week I received a broken bag of dog food and there were some ants in the box, they immediately replaced it and asked how my boy Tucker was and I told them that he had passed just last week...but our puppy was enjoying this food now. She listened to my story and was truly moved, as most dog lovers are. The next week I received flowers - I had no idea from who...until I saw the lovely note from Chewy! I am a HUGE fan of this company!

I've been a customer for a long time. Recently had to change my autoship order - one of our pups died - and two days later, I received roses from them saying how sorry they were for my loss. I could hear Rosie barking with happiness from Heaven. Now THAT is kindness. Along with great service and prices.

I want to let you know this company is the best. I didn’t know I was on an auto ship supply for my dog Dudley. I saw a charge on my card and called and spoke with Adriana. I told her we are no longer needing this prescription any longer. I have a company and this one is top notch. The next day I received flowers and a card from Chewy. Wow. Take leads from this company. When my veterinarian was unable to get the supply of necessary meds that my furry baby needed to survive a heart condition, I turned to Chewy and found the medicine. I decided to order all of her medicines from Chewy. My first order arrived on time and unfortunately just a few days after receiving all of her meds, she passed away suddenly of a heart attack. My husband and I are seniors and we are heartbroken. I emailed Chewy to ask them to cancel the auto ship of our baby's meds. I thought that was the end of it when they emailed me back that they had received my request and that auto ship was cancelled. They also expressed their sympathies. Then today, I was outdoors doing a few things in my yard when a delivery of a beautiful red carnations and white daisies bouquet showed up. I couldn't imagine who would be sending these flowers and when I opened the card, I was so surprised! It was from Monika at Chewy.com and again expressing her sympathies. I have NEVER had a business of any sort acknowledge the death of one of my pets and this delivery of these gorgeous flowers just brightened up a dark day. I had been getting an auto ship on joint supplements for Layla. I called and asked if I could return an unopened tub after she passed last week. Jennifer? was so sweet and caring and said she'd take care of it and no need to return. How does it get any better... Thank you so much---a great company. Lisa

Wow, wonderful customer service!! Its so rare to find companies out there who provide even decent quality service anymore. This company brought back fond memories of when companies actually cared about their customers. Honestly, as long as this level of service is provided, I will stay with chewy & reccomend them to everyone. Your company is a shinning example for other businesses out there, that it is possible to offer exceptional customer service AND really good prices too!
