Customer service rep HECTOR took care of my issue with my fur babies primal dog food ASAP. After explaining my situation he immediately had new food sent out with no hesitation! Thank you!!

I've been ordering for a number of years. Shipping is incompetent. Every time I order 20 lb bags of birdseed or 30 lb bags of dog food you pack with my smaller items, Things are smashed, especially biscuits. It's just plan stupidity. I have to call after every order and nothing ever changes. This time I called as soon as I placed the order which didn't make any difference. This really isn't worth the aggravation anymore.

I have used this company for years. I'm on auto ship. Doesn't matter. Doesn't work. My mastiff is a vegetarian, very hard to get. The last few months , my auto ship has not worked. I'm out of food. She has been on a plant based diet for 7 years. They don't care. .

Have loved Chewy for a long time- They have amazing customer service and my dog goes nuts when the box shows up. However, today I received an email pushing their new Disney Collection. Nope. Y'all lost us. Read the room folks. Disney has gone woke and seems like you all have too. So sad.

I bought a Frisco cat tree from chewy.com. and after a year the side posts are really clawed to pieces which is good because my cat used it but when I tried to get replacement parts, they don't offer any which means I'd have to buy a whole new cat tree. What a waste. How ignorant. I'm going to do some research and buy a new cat tree but only from a company that offers replacement parts so I can do that in the future.

I just adopted a dog. I received my order the next day. Nothing was damaged and the entire order was processed. I did see that one of my items had a price difference that disappeared me but after contacting customer service they corrected it! I have no complaints !!! Chewy has great service! I 5 star them!!!!!

Order 11908 62864 is the most recent thing that went wrong- wildly inaccurate, and declined for an error. Have been trying to get this prescription filled since March. And this has been going on for nearly two years. Where it takes anywhere from a month to two months to get it right, and hours on the telephone literally hours. The pet food side of this company is excellent, even with supply chain issues, which we had a problem and they fixed it right away. In my opinion, the pharmacy is long term unsatisfactory and not oriented towards customer service at all. If there was something less than one star that would describe more accurately what goes on with Chewie Pharmacy in my opinion.

I have been a customer for many years and love this company! I recently bought a new bag of food for my bulldog and noticed she is starting to develop some sensitivities to chicken. Ive read this is common in bulldogs. I contacted Chewy, and they were more than accommodating to her situation. No questions asked, amazing customer service! I will now transition her to a new food for senior dogs with sensitive stomachs, but will always purchase her food through Chewy!

I had to cancel my order of insulin for my elderly diabetic cat Phoebe because she was being put down that same day it was to be delivered. Not only did chewy cancel the order and refund with no questions, Denise M & Chelsey L went above and beyond. Denise not only issued the refund but also wrote me the most heartfelt condolence letter about the loss of Phoebe and what she imagined I had done for Phoebe throughout her 15 years and our experiences together. I don’t know if she realizes how touching and special that was, particularly coming from what is essentially an app. Something like that is absolutely unheard of from any other big company. I wrote to tell her thank you, and expressed my surprise in the type of response I got, and her colleague Chelsea responded with further condolences and reiterated that they’re there to help if I needed anything during the tough time. Then today I received a beautiful white orchid at my door with a letter from Denise from Chewy. I don’t know if this is a company policy or something that Denise just decided to do, but it speaks volumes as to the type of people and atmosphere fostered at chewy. Words can’t express how much that meant to me. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

Chewy used to be my favorite but have gone to the dogs and not in a good way. Late deliveries, lost deliveries, damaged deliveries and the most inconsistent customer service ever. Sent my deceased cat a birthday card, told them she passed away two different times and they still screw things up. Had so many back to back mishaps they assigned me a point of contact manager then she continues to give inconsistent directions and missed my pet's birthday. Chewy, what happened? You used to be my first choice now you are my last. Take away the flowers, paintings and freebies they toss around and they suck!

Chewy is like Amazon another Cali company trying to profit off Americans being lazy. Over priced and don’t allow customers to buy food for their animals without causing issues. Not pleased with Chewy at all and have asked them to delete my account and they said by written email it was to only find it still open. Liars on top of thieving socialist.

Customer service at Chewy is beyond excellent!! So a while back I ordered canned dog food from Chewy, and it came with half of the cans very bent and damaged. I was able to use it, but in the review I posted that I would've never bought cans like that in a store, even though I was able to use it. I received the order promptly, and pricing was compatible with local stores. I would've used Chewy again, even though my order was damaged in shipping. Within a day I had an email stating my order was on the way. I hadn't ordered anything else, so I was puzzled. Well, Chewy sent another full case of dog food just like the one I previously ordered, FREE! The letter apologized for the previous shipment being damaged, and said they hoped I was able to use some of it anyway. I was amazed. I didn't write that review expecting to get anything from it, that never crossed my mind. I'm blown away by this kind of customer service!!

Most compassionate company that we’ve ever done business with, ever!!!! My wife and I just had to put our darling Daisy Mae to rest after 14 great years of love and friendship. She was our best friend and very loving. Anyway to get to the point, Chewy customer service after hearing about our loss not only credited the cost of our last order of her food but told us to donate her remaining food and sent us flowers the next day. Unbelievable compassion and customer service especially when you consider that there is no customer service in corporate America today. 5 stars, 100% Chewy. Best customer service ever!!! They went above and beyond! I had reviewed an order of training pads asking other pet owners/customers for suggestions as I'm not very happy with these, although they seem to work better than others I've tried. I heard back from Chewy directly, not just offering suggestions but also a full refund of the pads I'd bought but wasn't happy with. They responded quickly, efficiently and with kindness and respect! They always included my dog, Lily in all correspondence. Shopping and returning products would be a lot more pleasant if all companies treated their customers as Chewy treats theirs.

I have always had great service with Chewy. Recently, I had made a prescription order and it arrived the day my pet died. I emailed them and I was given a refund that day. I received several emails of sympathy. Then, an employee, Kaitlyn, sent me flowers. I have never encountered a company of such compassion. I highly recommend them.

For pharmacy only. Beware they will send you medication close to expiration date and will do absolutely nothing about it. In there words It hasn’t expired yet so. I will not order my meds from chewy pharmacy again. Pay full price and get meds ready to expire. Real Nice chewy! We’ll lucky for me I don’t ever have to use you again and WON’T !

I have used Chewy for several years now. I find better prices, good sales & exceptional customer services! They have helped me through self-made mistakes on orders & quickly fixed any other problem. But today goes way beyond that as Cynthia from Chewy sent me flowers for the loss of our dog who had to be put down because of cancer!

I’ve always had a great experience with chewy until now. I have a 17 year old 4lb yorkie who is on prescription Medication. After my vet approved the medication, I called chewy to assure I would get it on time. When I was told of arrival time, I asked if I could pay to expedite the shipping option and I was told no and there is nothing they can do (this was Friday morning before it was shipped). Item shipped Saturday night, and will not get to me till Wednesday. I’ve called since to see if they can use my prescription on file to give me 2 days worth of medication (one single pill) until I receive my shipment. I was able to find one local pharmacy who carried it and they refused since my vet prescribed 10 pills and 10 were sent. Options were given to cancel my order and transfer the medication which will only delay me being able to get it. The pharmacist and staff are completely inhumane and like robots. I’m a healthcare provider myself and I’m beyond disgusted that first, shipment of a medication would take so long, second, the refusal to change the shipping option to a faster route even despite wanting to pay for it before it was shipped and Third, to refuse to dispense a single pill (which 10 or 11 pills would make zero therapeutic difference) even though they have a prescription at hand to see that. Instead all they can provide is options which will only delay availability of the medication to a sick dog which time is the issue in the first place- zero compassion or common sense.

I am a first time customer of Chewy. They had the can Fancy Feast cat food that I absolutely could not find anywhere else and at a great price. I bought three cases so I got free shipping. I received the cat food in about four days from the date I ordered it. It was extremely well packed in a heavy duty box. I also received email notifications letting me know that my order was being processed and shipped right up to when it was delivered. This is a very thorough professional company. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them. I will continue to purchase my cats food from them. Excellent company - 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
