“i have bought a few keys a few time ago without any problems,i trust this guys,but this time i bought a robux key and i have waited almost 20 hours to get the key! for me no more!”

“This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with . I purchased an activation key code for Mac home office, the key didn't work, the IT expert I had installing the key onto my new Mac contacted CJS Keys immediately and I have contacted them multiple times since. Their solution was to take back the key for re sale and once sold refund me .... forward 3 months and I have no key code and NO REFUND . Before purchasing the key I read their web page stating 'any issue with key download and you will get a full refund' ...so where is mine ? I would not recommend them to anyone . I will continue to fight for me refund .”

“HORRIBLE dishonest support, has been giving me the run around for a year now, an instead of following up keep sending me reminders that they've failed me over an over every few months just to further frustrate me rather than resolve the issue and keep their word.”

“Delivered a key that didn’t work, insisted they had to sell the key before refunding me, never got back to me, issued a chargeback because the window was closing and no resolution was offered. They change my order status to refunded but it never was, bank sees that and reinstates the charges, CJs takes my $90 and emails me “refer to your bank”. Absolute ripoff.”

“Was searching around for a site that has cheap Xbox Game Pass Codes, and for whatever reason, CJS CD Keys is charging nearly 20% more for the code compared to Microsoft themselves. Almost $84 on here, Microsoft is $69. Make this make sense please.”

“Product page said instant delivery guaranteed. Once i bought it, redeem page said "click here to redeem your code instantly". Turns out i had to e-mail a guy and receive my product 72 hours after his answer.”

“Sold me a non-working key for Office 365 Family, and won't refund it. I was only offered that CJS can sell it again to someone else, horrible to make money from a not working key once more, and another victim will suffer the same frustration as I have. Responsetime from support is also horrible. CJS claim a response inside 12 hours, I waited for more than 3 days to get this useless response, CJS wont refund the non-working key. Can't recommend CJS CD Keys.”

“I have had two bad experiences lately with orders. I placed an order for a 12 month serial key for Ccleaner Pro and the key stopped working within a month. I also recently purchased a 12 month youtube premium account which also stopped working within a month of buying this. CJS eventually refunded me for the Ccleaner key, it did take a while though and I am still waiting a resolution on the youtube premium order.”

“Tried game share with Mario Odyssey for Nintendo switch, didn’t work as it should. Spoke to many people in chat and just kept getting ignored once I mentioned I wanted a refund. Say’s refunded but I’ve had no payment back so far, I’ll wait a I little longer then rise the issue with my bank”

“i received an office 2019 key that needed to be activated by phone, it wasn't supposed to be this way. i did try to activate it by phone - microsoft said that the key is not valid. the support team didn't give any solution, i had to by a new key from other vendor”

“I ordered my game 8 days ago and I still haven’t received it, not only that I’m being refused my refund being told they haven’t said they can’t deliver it. Funny that they say in exceptional cases it’s 48 hours then what do you call 8 days……total shame”
