“I don't often write reviews, and in truth, if I do it's usually because they are negative. This then is something of an exception but that's because I feel the service I have received from CJS-CDKeys is exceptional. I was trying to transfer a licence I purchased from them a couple of years ago but ran into trouble with the Microsoft activation process. I sent them an email explaining my problem but didn't hold much hope. Well, was I wrong, I got a response almost immediately! Not an automated reply but a service "real" person. They suggested a couple of things to try reassuring me that if I needed further help I could get back to them. I tried their suggestions but without and luck so I emailed back to let them know. That was early evening on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend so I didn't expect to hear anything from them for a few days. Well, I was wrong again! they got back during the week-end with a new link to set-up my license. First class service. I have also just purchased another package/key from them which, as usual with CJS-CDKeys, downloaded and activated without any hassle or fault.”

“I'd give less stars but I can't. The Office key they sold me doesn't work. I did all of the silly things asked, including downloading their version of Microsoft Office, but it was all nonsense. I think they do that to try to wear people down until they decide it's not worth the hassle. Well, it is to me, and I want a refund and quickly.”

“Purchased an X-Box Series X game and received my digital download load code instantly, via email. Entered the key in the redeem section in the Microsoft store and my download started. Easy! I also bought the game for at a $40.00 discount. I cannot recommend this company enough. Hard to believe the discount and the ease of getting my game.”

“Honestly I was skeptical, and also confused (at first) on how it works etc, once you get your head round it, it's pretty simple and can also be pretty rewarding, I got like 6 other games with the one I got that was ALREADY at a decent price! Well worth the time to learn.”

“Purchased key, didn’t work spend hours to get it work (as per instructions) no luck. Ask for help no luck. Ask for refund no luck. Ended up paying for microsoft subscription directly as this was for my sons xbox. As Microsoft updated their vpn awareness this method is no longer an option. Sorry guys don’t have time for this. Its always a risk I know but will definitely not take the risk with you guys.. Good luck with this attitude..”

“Not great experience for me key didn’t work for me guys did try sort but still couldn’t get it to work. When I requested a refund all communication stopped and ended up my bank had to get it back.”

“Honestly, the worst company I've ever dealt with! Bought a 12-month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, followed all instructions, waited 15 minutes between codes, and only got 9 months! Messaged them countless times, each rep acts like they're reading my messages for the first time, repeating the same unhelpful stuff. Two-day response times are ridiculous!”
