“The key doesn't work (key is from Sri-Lanka, if you use it you'll get "A support request for subscription verification automatically sent. Please wait for the reseller's verification" message and then no one will help you (ESET support redirects the ticket to the country you're from, and since you got this license not from your country, they refuse to support it)”

“Office key delivered when they said it would and worked second time of trying. (you don't need to put the hyphens in, that happens automatically) So all up and running very efficiently. Thank you. Only gripe, got led astray by one of the adverts that looked more like a requirement, and ended up costing me £1 to register.”
