“They took my money, they didn't give me nothing no key, no respond, money is gone support sucks they need to be shut down!”

“Bought the game, said game codes were in stock, tried to generate key in the autokey section "keys unavailable due to out of stock" said wait between 2-12 for restock so I waited and tried again the next day same issues no stock available. Contacted customer service which in fairness responded quickly and were helpful told me they would look into this and see what they can do, waited a further day still no luck no keys available... replied to there email again explaining its been 2 days now and still no key code, never got a reply back from there customer service they just blanked me which is sad because its put me off using this website again in the future I wont be back again. 0/10”

“They took my money, they game me a VPN activated key. It was impossible to redeem it, becuase MIcrosoft are blocking VPN servers. 3 months later and enless emails to support, and they still wont give me a refund.”

“Stated maximum of 12 hours to replenish stock. Waited 72. Response from them was it takes 12 hours maximum when it was at 42hours. Ignorant response I won’t be back, already existing customer .”

“Bought a key, tried to input it and it said code not recognised. Messaged support and I'm still waiting for them to sort it after nearly 5 days of it not working Disappointed and frustrated to say the least Will not be buying again from this place”

“had an issue with the keys they provided, given the run around for 2 months only for them to say they wont refund them because the keys are going to expire because they've given me the run around for two entire months, customer service is a joke and this is a mess, been using them for over a decade and they've gone down hill year on year. will be moving onto a better site like cdkeys.com instead. absolute joke.”

“Pre-ordered a game. My order was cancelled after a month of waiting a few days before the game release. Refund was store credit, and not cash back to my card. Customer service initially came back to say this was an error and this shouldn't happen, and then when prompted they said it was cancelled due to the price changing. Do not bother to pre-order as this company will cancel your purchase.”

“I've been waiting for an answer for the past month, i purchased a corel key they told me to register the key at corel.com i did but i didnt have the exe file to install it so i asked them for it, a month has gone by and all ive gotten so far are automated tickets and 1 rep asking for a screenshot of the error message i was getting, i sent that but there has not been one single replied, so i gave up and asked for a refund, and guess what? the automated email again.,.. talk about awful service.”

“The code is showing as pending needing to verify ID for anti fraud and need to check email. I don't have any email. I bought the code for eafc and the global limit is going down and it ends in a few hours so I cannot get the pack I bought this for. Never have these issues with CDkeys will be using them in the future”

“Suggests that when I order a VPN activated key, I simply change my VPN to the country that the region is locked to, did that and told that my account is registered in a different country than the purchase region. NO WHERE does it suggest that your account has to be in the region that it is locked to (nor did it tell me what region it would be, therefore how on earth would I know if it would work with my account?!). If I can only purchase games in the region my account is in, why would I ever need a VPN to change the region to activate it? No possibility of a refund as I have collected the key even though it says they are all guaranteed to work. I followed all instructions and it hasn't worked, so what is the guarantee for exactly? I just don't understand who this would benefit if the region of the account has to match the region of the key, what difference does the VPN make? Just don't understand AT ALL and all customer service did was blame me for ordering a key from a different region than my account when that was the whole point!”
