“I tried to acquire my codes, or I had to wait 2 to 3 hours (10 for them to respond), and then I got the message "No Orders Found"”

“They are not the best prices. Too slow to process. Keys are supposed to instantly collected. 2 days I can't collect. They say the are checking. The amount withdrawn from my card already!! They are putting some adds which looks like customer service. When you click it, ut asks yiu to pay for assistance. Eneba.com gives keys in 30 seconds and better prices”

“Bought 5 keys @ £7.99 each. Min value of each game should have been £19.99 One game, I already owned, Not their fault. One game was no longer available on steam store because it was that poor a game. One game was free to play One game wasn't worth the space it would take let alone the price of £24.99. This game was on sale at half price of £12.49 Only one game out of all 5 keys was valued at £19.99 and that was "Maid of Sker" Absolutely disgusted with the value of these games and I would strongly recommend that NO ONE pays for these random keys.”

“Never sent the key and the refund process is exhausting and difficult. They also didn’t say this was going to be a “Steam friend gift key”. They don’t actually give you a code, you have to friend some random on Steam who ‘gifts’ the game to you….sus.”

“Bought Manor lords today BUT did not get a working key, Instead I got a mail congratulating me for my purchase, Tried reaching out to support BUT got a generic 'oh strange' mail and no follow up. I have bought games from here before but this will be my last time.”

“Placed an order for a CD key, but it never arrived. Contacted support and was told it was 'out of stock' despite it shown as 'in stock'. Was told 'we are working hard to re-stock the game key for you as soon as we possibly can. We are just waiting for the delivery.'... Poor show.”

“Horrible customer service they send me a faulty code then stop responding to me after I provide screenshots proving the code is faulty. I followed their instructions to the letter and the code does not redeem.”

“This should be ZERO stars, but the review wouldn't let me do this. I've been attempting to get this to work for over two weeks now, and I've spent forever downloading sources, installing the programme and then reinstalling and I still haven't got a working copy that accepts the key I was given. Total frustration, total waste of time and total waste of money. Please don't fall into the same trap.”
