“Sorry normally a good service but paid for a 6 months game pass and they gave me a 3 month key. Can get refund and they not made me whole so trading standards first thing Monday”

“Good service, it took a while to process the payment but it took close on 24 hours to - receive the key purchased! Most important plus is that the price of the key is far cheaper than Microsoft.”

“Badest shop ever. Bought one Nintento eShop key, got a redeem for an extra account instead of the eShop key for my account. Support is not answering anymore, no refund. Do not trust this shop !!!”

“Horrible customer service. You order a 6 month code and they'll send you 2 seperate 3 month codes (which only one works). Then ignore you when you try to get the issue fixed with the second code. Slow to reply to emails and then tell you too much time has passed so they can't refund you or fix the error. Will never purchase through cjs cd keys again.”

“Five days ago I ordered two items from CJS CD Keys. The first item directed me to the wrong download therefore the key was useless. I made a support ticket. You are only allowed one support ticket. If you update your support ticket it gets put back to the end of the queue. Today I was sent the correct link to download the program that I had ordered. Guess what? The key is invalid. The second item I ordered magically went out of stock. Not a problem it will be updated in 12 hours, Guess what? Five days later it still isn't updated despite coming back into stock. Today I've been told that I've downloaded that key and can I leave some feedback? Yes, of course I can, here it is. After £25 and five days I have a trial version of some software and no copy of the other.”

“I am still trying to actually get what I paid for, IE office professional plus after several weeks of trying. CJS support keep sending the same link that hasn't worked any of the previous times I've entered it (I get a pop up that says it is not a verified microsoft app) and now their latest suggestion is to "change the settings on your computer". I did ask which ones I should change, to which they replied "the ones that stop it working"!”

“I bought a steam key from CJS 14 days ago, the key did not work. I sent them a ticket immediately and 14 days later I am still trying to contact them via ticket since its been almost a week since they responded. Very frustrating on my end of the table, and very poor customer service on their part..”

“I gave 1 star as no stars wasn't an option. Bought a game, told it would appear as a gift in steam. Never appeared, raised a ticket, was told to wait longer. Next day, still nothing and they no longer reply to emails. Will try get a refund. But not confident. Steer clear.”

“Ordered YouTube Premium - account didn’t work and wouldn’t let me sign in citing security concerns. Contacted support - been to and from with them for 6 weeks! No resolution, refused to give a refund, keep trying to troubleshoot without any success. Shame as had good experiences some time ago, looks like has gone downhill.”

“Bought Alan Wake 2 VPN version. Impossible to download the product through NordVpn . Tried to get in touch with their customer service and they replied saying the key region is locked.......That's why I'm using a vPN......Still waiting for a reply after 24 hours from my last message”

“Well...what to say. So, you buy a key for something and receive something diferent. Then you open a ticket...and guess what...nothing! NEVER AGAIN. Be careful, don't give money to this guys...It's better to try other companies, even if the price is higher. Not trusty”
