“I bought MS office Keybut it only worked for short time. On registering a complaint, I have been advised that they do not handle complaints of bought keys. If i pay for. New Key, they will help me but not for existing licences..”

“I purchased a key for Terraria, they had stock and the devilery was instant, but when I tried to redeem it, it said there was no stock. Tried refunding, but it said it had stock so I could not refund either. I tried to redeem et for 2 days but same issue. The support people just don't care and pastes a generic response.”

“I purchase the Microsoft office home student software on 14 June 2024. I was unable to register with Microsoft due to the product key had been multiple register . I try email several times to CJS from 14 June to 20 June 2024 and no reply at all . Full payment paid and the after service is not satisfactory at all . Poor service and No response after service.”

“purchased "Bodycam" steam cdkey, and got invalid key. Opened a support ticket.. got confirmation that a ticket was opened.. and thats it. Almost 3 days and not comments, no support, no assistance in helping and solving this problem. It's a win/lose situation.. if you get a valid key, everybody's happy.. if not you are scre#$@!d.”

“Useless 2010 keys. They are not telephone supported by Microsoft anymore. To old. Tried earlier today wit another key that worked six months ago, but not when i changed SSD disk. Was not possible to call Microsoft. So i try to cancel my order her. Did not notice i had to use telephone registration, only that i had to find my one download, witch i already have...”
