“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I PAID FOR A GAME THIS WEEK THEY SENT ME A JPEG OF NOTHING I RAISED IT AND WAS TOLD TO REBOOT, REFRESH, SEND SCREENSHOTS, NO REPLY SO RAISED A DIFFERENT TICKET GOT WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN MAX 12 HRS, NEXT DAY ASKED FOR UDATE, NO REPLY, SAID I WOULD POST MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS IF THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE, WAS SENT A SEPARATE EMAIL WITH NO UPDATE JUST A LINK TO TRUST PILOT TO LEAVE MY REVIEWS, ONCE THEY TAKE UR MONEY THEY DONT CARE, THEY ARE REGISTERED OFFSHORE SO CAN ACT WITH IMPUNITY BE WARNED LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS WHEN YOU LOOK INTO THEM”

“so i got bought the xbox gift card and then had to wait 13 hours to get it when it was instant because they think i did fraud and then support was no help at all and then don’t forget after i GET the code it doesn’t even work so i lost my money”

“Bought a key for an Xbox game. The key didn't generate. Waiting 48 hours, and still key wouldn't generate. Contacted support, who have instructions and asked for further information. Gave them the information, and haven't heard anything back. Tried to cancel the order, only to be told I couldn't because of the order being delivered. The code was never delivered, nor do I have access to my content. Absolute shocking service. BEWARE! DO NOT USE! Going to raise a dispute through PayPal.”

“Horrible service. Bought a game that was not in stock. Says it restocks within 2 - 12 hours. After 24 hours the game is back in stock. Later than expected, no problem! Still can not get my key. Now it's more than 4 days after my initial purchase and no further emails after an initial reply that they are "looking into it"... Terrible. Would not recommand to anyone!!!”

“Auf der Homepage wird damit Werbung gemacht, dass ich nach 1 minute und 13 sekunden meine Bestellung erhalten habe, was überhaupt nicht der Fall ist. Von Datenschutz mal ganz abgesehen (Vorname und Abgekürzter Nachname + gekauftes Spiel + Zahlungsmethode wird öffentlich für jeden einsehbar als Werbung für die schnelle Lieferzeit angezeigt) - muss ich mich jetzt mit dem Support rum schlagen, da meine Keys noch nicht zur Abholung bereit stehen. Wenn man schnell mal was spielen möchte wohl nicht die richtige Adresse. Das ganze dauert jetzt wohl noch etwas... und das Geld ist solange auch weg.”
