“Never sent the key and the refund process is exhausting and difficult. They also didn’t say this was going to be a “Steam friend gift key”. They don’t actually give you a code, you have to friend some random on Steam who ‘gifts’ the game to you….sus.”

“Bought Manor lords today BUT did not get a working key, Instead I got a mail congratulating me for my purchase, Tried reaching out to support BUT got a generic 'oh strange' mail and no follow up. I have bought games from here before but this will be my last time.”

“Placed an order for a CD key, but it never arrived. Contacted support and was told it was 'out of stock' despite it shown as 'in stock'. Was told 'we are working hard to re-stock the game key for you as soon as we possibly can. We are just waiting for the delivery.'... Poor show.”

“I received an invalid code more than 30 days ago and they refuse to refund until they resell the code. Code was frim an uknown region. Not recomended”

“Horrible customer service they send me a faulty code then stop responding to me after I provide screenshots proving the code is faulty. I followed their instructions to the letter and the code does not redeem.”

“This should be ZERO stars, but the review wouldn't let me do this. I've been attempting to get this to work for over two weeks now, and I've spent forever downloading sources, installing the programme and then reinstalling and I still haven't got a working copy that accepts the key I was given. Total frustration, total waste of time and total waste of money. Please don't fall into the same trap.”

“Bought a CD key for AC Mirage redeemable via Ubisoft Connect. Instead the supplied an 'intel master key' for an intel software advantage program where you have to prove to intel support you have a qualifying intel device to download it. Even when confronted with the screenshots of errors and emails from intel support, they fobbed me off with a number of excuses back and forth that my 'account was blocked' and refused to issue a refund!”

“I ordered a game from them and collected my key and tried to activate it on Steam but there was an error and Steam said the key is invalid. I got in touch with them but they have just asked me to attach screenshots showing that the key is invalid ignoring that I have already attached the screenshot multiple times. I contacted them at 9am this and after a few back and forth with their support staff over 5 hours and the issue still hasn't been resolved with no response or promise of an update. I was hesistant to order from them but decided to take the risk and I fully regret purchasing anything from them. Never again”

“Worst customer service I've ever had. They say instant delivery - it's the furthest thing from instant. Slow would be far too generous. We are talking 12-24 hours. Then, they may just label an expansion that's been out for a year as a pre-order...and you just plain don't get it. That's um...stealing.”

“Es la tercer key que compro la primera un game pass ultimate de xbox genial, la segunda también un codigo de Game pass lo único que para activarlo me pide que ponga una tarjeta de crédito para poder activarlo, por último compré el FIFA 2023 de xbox el cual me tuvieron el código retenido por 3 días marcado como pedido pendiente por posible fraude siendo que el dinero me lo descontaron del momento de la tarjeta de crédito que use, muy mala experiencia en las últimas dos compras, aclaro me llegó el juego no sé cuál fue el problema pero me hubiese gustado que me dieran una solución más rápida y que demostrarán un poco más de interés por mi reclamo, lamentablemente es ls ultima vez que compro en el sitio web me quedo con esa mala experiencia aunque me ubiese gustado seguir comprando en este sitio por sus buenos precios.”
