“Ordered a game for steam which I never received. I contacted support and after their initial email I haven't heard from them since. Very bad customer service.”

“Useless support team. I bought a product, couldn't access the key, won't through the support system and they replied immediately with a very generic answer, when I replied again asking for further help they didn't reply, 8 hours later I messaged again, the next day I messaged again, 3 days later I still haven't heard a think but have been asked to give a review of my purchase. Usually reliable, but not this time.”

“They are fraud. Purchased 2 keys and my orded is "awaiting payment" stuck for 5 days now even tho my money have been sent from my paysafe account to them. Their support center doesnt't answer”

“I just tried to buy a ps 12 month card and they sent me a blank code.its been 4 days I been writing to them letting them know I never got a code.they say someone will get back with y in 12 hrs but haven't heard anything but they kept my money.now I have to get my bank involved.”

“I made a purchase on the 3rd and had a blank key. I have sent several messages but no reply. I have been robbed I sent screen shots of the message I get where the key should be. Nothing yet. I would like a refund at this point. They said I got the code on the 3rd but I didn’t I got a message instead no code was there. I should get the code or a refund because I spent my money and didn’t get anything.”

“waited 22 hours for a robux 4500 key and when they did send it wasnt even robux it was a gift card for £39.22, if i knew it was a gift card i would of purchased one instead for the extra £3 an not having to wait a hole day almost”

“Worst page to shop, it’s fraudulent, they ask for your bank scoping information to confirm orders, the purchasing take a long time and when you ask for a refund no one attends you, I will never buy here again, first and last purchase #Fraud”

“I ordered a Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT steam key, price was seemingly too good to be true (~40% off steam price) and it seems that it indeed was too good to be true. After the payment, first there was some issue with "validating my payment" despite it being done by card through a UK bank (monzo) and the transaction appeared instantly both on my side and theirs, but still the website wanted to do some "additonal verification" of some kind. Then, after about 2 days of verifying my payment, it turns out there are no keys in stock for this game! Amazing! Why they would sell a product they dont have in stock is anyone's guess, I certainly wasn't informed of this when buying. Its ok through, since the item should "be in stock within 12 hours maximum, usually 2-12 hours". Its now been 48+ hours. I've contacted them repeatedly, no response. I've been scammed, my fault for trusting these thieves.”

“Dont buy from them! I have tried to buy a dlc key the buying part worked. Anyting after that didnt, their autokey system dosent work and gives out a blank where the key should be, even after contacting the support i was simply ghosted. Once again dont buy from them!”
