“Buyer beware. Bought key for Baldur’s Gate 3, tried to activate it using VPN per their instructions. Key did not work, asked for a refund and got the run around for weeks, and have now escalated refund claim to PayPal. Protect yourself with PayPal or other CC refund protection.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Scammers - I ordered and paid for Baldurs Gate for Xbox yesterday. They took the money immediately and then placed my order on ‘security hold’ claiming I would hear back in ‘a couple of hours maximum’. A day later - no response. Just an automated email. Horrifying scammers”

“I ordered Zelda breath of the Wild yesterday, after 20 hours I still don't have my key because it says This CD Key is currently Processing / is a Pre-order for a game that has not been released yet. I wrote to support yesterday and received an answer with ''Switch Key" was approved and the key was collected. After that I sent a screenshot to prove that I didn't pick up a key, since then there has still been no answer”

“Wrote review because I got sent email asking me too. Ordered Football Manager on a Monday at lunch, and it got stopped for fraud check (my own fault using wrong card), no one contacted me within a few hours as mentioned in the homepage and I got answer how to solve it first after I my self contacted them late Monday evening. I sent evidence and I got my key delivered Tuesday lunch. All good so far. They helped me nicely still. But then, the key didn't work. It was invalid.. I send evidence in a new support case in pictures and asked for help. I got answer ASAP that I already have an old case and I should answer there because it's faster. So I did. Now it gone almost 48 hours with no answers. It's my 10th? Game from CJS but my first disappointment. It feels like I just lost 19€ for an already in-use key.”

“Worst company I've dealt with to date, I've opened a ticket to resolve a payment issue because I didn't receive my product and they only respond after I've chased them up. I shouldn't have to police and hound people for something I've already paid for and the funds have left my account. I've sent them my Proof of payment on day one of the ticket and they didn't event try to communicate with their bank to track the payment from their side. Highly Annoyed with the service”

“I bought keys for game pass, but none of the keys worked. Supports told me they didn't provide workable keys because the payment failed. But in fact, payment was proceeded and I didn't get the keys. They are scummers, don't buy anything on this website.”

“DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY I bought an account from them and I was blocked from using it within 2 months. I contacted their support who at first replied quickly. I am now 4 weeks later, about 15-20 emails in and NOTHING is being done. They keep repeating themselves. They have no interest in helping once they have your money. no matter what good deal you think you are getting you will have to pay twice!”

“They are FRAUD. They Scammed me, I bought an Xbox game pass from them, but the account is invalid and got blocked. Now when I am contacting them, they are not responding. Anyone who is thinking of buying from them don’t waste your money.”
