“Horrible experience purchased a key that was meant to be instant waited over a day customer support just keep saying weve got someone on it but nothing is being done so i may just have contact paypal to get a refund i am very dissatisfied with this service wont be using ever again”

“Please remember, you purchased WINDOWS 11 PROFESSIONAL. This key will NOT WORK if you're trying to activate it on Windows 11 Home. SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW IT WON'T WORK FOR HM to PRO :(”

“hello. i bought a steam key on your website and paid with paypal. then i pressed the collect key button on autokey. but there is no steamkey there. it appears a new site where only a small picture is there where there should be the key. my order number: 3566267”

“Awful experience with them. Do not buy with them. I bought a key for Alan Wake 2 over a month ago. Had wishy washy replies, provided screenshots showing proof that the key was not working. They told me this was due to a technical glitch on their end. They dragged it out for over a month, they finally advised they'd refund me if my returned key was resold, which it was, and they finally refunded me store credit to rub salt in the wounds. Bought 3 games with the store credit, one of the games was the older edition of the same game. I did not really care as the game was only £2. Rather just cut ties with them. Do NOT waste your time buying with this company and do not trust them due to the high amount of positive reviews on these review sites. They are not worth the hassle. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.”

“Purchased keys for anti-virus and specified my location, but keys do not work in Australia. Have logged with support and requested refund but no response at all. Will revise review if they refund!! Otherwise chargeback time.”

“I'm completely furious with this store, I purchased two games 3 days ago and they NEVER delivered them to me, the refund option is blocked, support only sends automatic messages and solves absolutely NOTHING, and I spent a lot of money on two games and I couldn't get them neither receive the game nor receive a return from the store”

“Bad customer service, seemed to respond very quickly between 11pm and midnight but key doesn’t work after going through the fraud checks and support haven’t responded in the 7 hours they’ve been ‘looking at it’ they even got me to post to their fraud team that I wouldn’t request a refund. What a business”
