“I haven't received my key that I bought 3 days ago. I have attached several pictures to the support, who give the same answer that everything is my fault. They are completely unreliable.”

“No stars at all...a key i ordered it not delivered,i can not collect...customer service rubbish!!!sent a lot mails but no answers!!!i will get my refund trough my bank as this guys wont answer or gave me refund!!save your self a trouble and dont order drom this THIEFS!!!!”

“There is currently an issue where keys cannot be collected after purchase and attempt to collect a key, you will be shown a processing order blank page. Do not try to purchase keys until the system fault is fixed.”

“Purchased a key that wouldn't work so I requested a refund since it wouldn't work and I'd already found a replacement. Have been waiting since the 9th of June. First I was told they could arrange a refund then I'm told its been put back up and when someone else buys it then I can get a refund... I don't even have the code they do so why the hell is it so hard to get my money back!?”

“Would not recommend I downloaded a code for an Xbox series x tried to redeem the code pretty much straight away which did not work so I contacted the customer service to which I got a response asking for screenshots of the error I was receiving since then I have been ignored not received a refund or been given a working redeem code for my purchase”

“I purchased a 3 month PS plus code and received a PS marketplace voucher for £20. I created a ticket (their contact sustem) for help and they admitted their mistake saying they would rectify their error that was 3 days ago I've heard nothing since. I will NEVER use this company again I feel like I've been scammed.”

“Totally disappointed ! ! This last time was worse than the previous: I bought the Xbox_Game_pass_ULTIMATE_12 month_PRELOADED_ACCOUNT_liz key on Autokey around 9 days ago, it didn't work, so I asked for help, and they sent me some instructions which I followed step by step (believed it ! Because they -in another e-mail- told me: "I saw you did it") but it didn't work either. The last e-mail (5-6 days ago) says that they agree with my issue and were sending all captures and comments to their provider for them to double-check and process a refund or exchange in TWO days maximum. Well, at this time I've written twice and no response yet, the same "attitude" that they took in the order before (year 2023 for an AVG software) when I lost my money for the first time with them (because the key was INVALID -fool of me) who formerly have another "aptitude". ADVICE: -DON'T buy second hand activated software (cracker, checkered, etc.) / DON'T buy software that needs VPN for activation / Some CODE Keys last less time that they should.... It really is a shame to lose what for some time was a right business, they won't get my money anymore ! ! !”
