“Fake. I bought a Steam key and got a Steam account. Be careful, it's fake. Paypal decided in favor of the seller because he delivered!!!”

“Bad customer service, seemed to respond very quickly between 11pm and midnight but key doesn’t work after going through the fraud checks and support haven’t responded in the 7 hours they’ve been ‘looking at it’ they even got me to post to their fraud team that I wouldn’t request a refund. What a business”

“Bought the game, said game codes were in stock, tried to generate key in the autokey section "keys unavailable due to out of stock" said wait between 2-12 for restock so I waited and tried again the next day same issues no stock available. Contacted customer service which in fairness responded quickly and were helpful told me they would look into this and see what they can do, waited a further day still no luck no keys available... replied to there email again explaining its been 2 days now and still no key code, never got a reply back from there customer service they just blanked me which is sad because its put me off using this website again in the future I wont be back again. 0/10”

“They took my money, they game me a VPN activated key. It was impossible to redeem it, becuase MIcrosoft are blocking VPN servers. 3 months later and enless emails to support, and they still wont give me a refund.”

“Stated maximum of 12 hours to replenish stock. Waited 72. Response from them was it takes 12 hours maximum when it was at 42hours. Ignorant response I won’t be back, already existing customer .”

“Bought a key, tried to input it and it said code not recognised. Messaged support and I'm still waiting for them to sort it after nearly 5 days of it not working Disappointed and frustrated to say the least Will not be buying again from this place”

“had an issue with the keys they provided, given the run around for 2 months only for them to say they wont refund them because the keys are going to expire because they've given me the run around for two entire months, customer service is a joke and this is a mess, been using them for over a decade and they've gone down hill year on year. will be moving onto a better site like cdkeys.com instead. absolute joke.”
