“The code I bought was too short. I raised a query and was asked to send screen shots as proof. I did this, and then the company stopped replying to my emails. So I'm out of pocket with no game or refund.”

“First time buying something, bought a code, they gave me the wrong code that cost waaaay less than what I paid. Then customer service stopped messaging me after I said I got the wrong product and wanted a partial refund for the difference in value. Would NOT recommend.”

“Key is not working, correct platform and region but simply not working. Have raised a ticket explaining it is the correct region and platform (Epic) and all I got back was being told to check what I had alreday conformed was not the issue, I also submitted a screenshot of the code being invalid and then radio silence afte rthe initial reply was quick. When it comes to either refunding or issuing a code that does work it seems the response is to ignore.”

“I've replied to them 10+ times the few times they respond they say the key isn't in stock or that they'll reply under 12 hours or talk about BITPAY which I didn't use to buy the key. Still don't have a working key or any support. I've requested refund several times with no response.”

“I ordered a key but wasn't able to use it on Steam as advertised. The message said the key was already claimed by another account. I reached out to customer service and provided them with the requested screen shots. It's been 5hrs and I have yet to recieve a response despite them immediately responding to ask for the screenshots. This is my first time ordering from them and I am beyond frustrated. I trusted trust pilot, and gave them a chance. But I can't recommend them given the situation. If they do resolve the situation I will update this review. But if you are not familiar with them, I'd recommend humble bundle, or a 3rd party site with good customer service.”

“Purchased microsoft flight 40th anniversary edition. Clicked to redeem key. On the screen where key should be displayed there was no key. This is not the first time i've had this experience with this site. Luckily i paid using paypal and will be making a request for a refund immediately. As a warning to others, DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING ON THAT SITE WITHOUT THE OPTION TO REFUND IMMEDIATELY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE AT THE MERCY OF THE PEOPLE THAT RUN IT WHEN YOU REQUIRE A REFUND. PAYPAL IS THE ONLY WAY.”
