“Very bad service. I received a Code activated by other user and I can't use It. I sent to CJS CD Keys the Microsoft confirmación that the Xbox Code was activated by other user, but CJS CD Keys don't resolved my issue. I DON'T RECOMEND BUY ON THIS SITE.”

“Ordered 1 month gamepass. Took over a day to get a digital code. Help desk let 24 hours go by and still have not resolved the issue. Disappointed to say the least”

“Over a month still awaiting refund ,of only £15 I've been told to check in again in two weeks time to see if they've resold the code , app jumps about when ordering so be careful ,sent me a steam code instead of Xbox, refused refund ,only credit note but still waiting on either solution after weeks now”

“I needed a 6-month xbox core code, I thought I'd order it from this site, instead of the 6-month membership I received two 3-month membership codes, that wasn't nice either, after that I tried to activate the code, it said "it's not a good code, contact me" With the person who gave it, I wrote to the cjs page that the code was wrong, so they should send another one, but in the meantime I tried the other code, which worked, so I started playing. After a few hours, someone answered, but I told him that I will write again in 3 months because of the wrong code, and I can't try any code until then. It's been 3 months, yesterday I wrote to them that they needed a new code instead of the bad one, a man named Cecil D. replied that he would look into the matter, I attached several screenshots of the bad code and what Microsoft wrote on the code, this was last night at around 24 no answer for an hour...And I can't play...this is annoying, on another site they immediately changed the wrong code and said that this happens often, sorry, that's not the case here .. :( if I don't get a new code after a few hours, I'll go and I will buy elsewhere, but I will tell everyone how you are.”

“I purchased esset internet security keys. Followed the exact instructions, but the status in ESET HOME is that the key is "overused" and "Please wait for the reseller's verification." After many emails with CJS CD keys, they have finally acknowledged that something is wrong and got the reassurance that "rest assured that you will receive either a fully working replacement key or a full refund". Estimated time was "will be resolved within 12 hours but sometimes it can take 1-2 days to resolve the issue if it is a particularly complicated". I am writing this review exactly 27 days from that estimate. Further emails are answered with "we're still communicating with the supplier regarding this order". This is a very hit-and-miss company. I've ordered from them previously when the same thing happened but then they managed to resolve it after about 10ish days. This time they have given up it seems. I for one am not going to order from them again. Whatever money I saved the first time is now lost in the second time.”

“Also nach den guten Bewertungen im Internet habe ich gedacht probierste mal die Seite. Gesagt getan. Nun warte ich seit 20 Stunden auf meinen key erst schreibt support nach einer Minute zurück( generierte nachricht) danach kannst schreiben und bekommst null antworten. Seit gestern 17:20 Uhr bin ich in der Prüfung meiner Bezahlung. Es war eine paysafe Überweisung über meinen paysafe Account sprich ich kann nichtmal das Geld zurückholen. Nun haben wir es 12:50 deutsche Zeit. Und ich habe immernoch nichts. Absolute betrugsmasche nicht zu empfehlen.”

“Key did not work, workaround suggested on website for not work. Help via email was useless. Purchase was not refunded. Will not use again and definitely would not recommend.”
