“Ordered and paid for game codes. Didn't download straightaway as were Christmas presents and when I did they were no longer available. Surely if u pay for something u should be allocated that code.”

“Company sells region restricted steam keys but advertised as global and then refuses to refund when they won't activate. Be very careful with this company as they refuse to admit that this was the case despite the fact I have a screenshot of their website prior to changes. DID NOT YET GET REFUND”

“Después de cobrarme por 3 claves que no he recibido, pasadas 24h me mandan un correo electrónico solicitándome datos comprometidos como son el DNI y una factura de algún suministro, y me indican que mande un correo electrónico negándome a devolver el producto. Vergonzoso el trato, ya he hablado con PayPal y me han informado que si no me entregan las claves, se me reembolsará el dinero. ¡¡NO COMPREIS!! ¡¡NO PONGAIS EN PELIGRO VUESTROS DATOS PERSONALES!! --------------------------------------------- After charging me for 3 keys that I have not received, after 24 hours they send me an email asking me for compromising data such as ID and an invoice of some supply, and tell me to send an email refusing to return the product. Shameful treatment, I have already spoken to PayPal and they have informed me that if they do not give me the keys, I will be refunded the money. DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT JEOPARDIZE YOUR PERSONAL DATA!!!!”

“They mis sold and then after accepting fault and saying I would receive an expediated refund, a week later when chased said, actually they would only refund me after they con someone else into buying the same mis sold product??? and no time frame on that. Disgraceful mis selling but even worse when the company dont stick to their own work when you contact their support team. I instead went to PayPal and got a full refund from them. I won't user CJS ever again and will warn others of their terrible customer service and deceptive selling (they haven't even updated the listing so still trying to con people)”

“They have not responded for over 24 hours. They put a purchase on hold and then when they completed it, the code doesn't work. It's terrible customer service. Use a different cd key website.”

“Just bad. Price looks too good to be true, i just bought a key 30 minutes ago, the collection site doesn't work, made a ticket, the guy told me the problem is solved (it was because some anti-fraud shit) but still can't collect the key, i have been trying to collect it for 30 minutes ffs”

“Paid for a 12 month PS5 subscription, ended up with 2 codes, one for £35 and one for £25, presuming these would combine into what I had paid for…clicked submit on the console then realised I had just paid another £60 to PlayStation for the full subscription, never got what was advertised or what I paid for, total and utter con this site and advise everyone to stay away from it.”

“Paid for a game, got a fall ultimate edition, and when I went to claim the key, I got a message saying that it’s pending fulfillment that when the game is officially released that I will receive the key, the game is already out and playable it’s been out for a while, so either They’re scamming people or they have something wrong with the keys that they’re giving either way. This will probably be the last time I use their service.”

“Bought an out of date game. Tried to activate a game as soon as I purchased it, gave me an error. Raised a ticket with them to try and resolve but they just said I should have activated the game before the deadline and there was nothing they could do”
