“Second time bought a code for them and faced a similar issues. Customer service is quick to acknowledge but nothing after the first message. I chased them four times and still no answer. I wouldn't recommend them l.”

“Bought a preorder game 3 weeks before so I could have it reserved however on release date they said keys are out of stock and ruined my valentines day as been waiting for their reply which meant to be UP TO 12h and they replied after a day. Thing is they had these keys but for as twice as much now and finally they REFUNDED me into THEIR WEBSITE BALANCE lol as they couldn't fulfil my order. These guys are a joke. Opened case with PayPal and got instant refund without even waiting for a review so don't be shy and try yourself.”

“Pathetic company filled with useless customer service Bunch of con artists that will only refund you if they resell the code for you and only then will they give you store credit Misleading titles on their website my country was listed in the title and they proceeded to tell me it only works in Argentina and I have to buy a VPN, go and do one you morons Hope you go bust”

“The following is my reply to CJS CD Keys.. You appear to be WILLFULLY IGNORING the fact that Office 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft and therefore THE KEY CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED. I have made this information VERY CLEAR TO YOU. Yet in today's message you continue to advise.. you must use Microsoft's TELEPHONE ACTIVATION SYSTEM to activate the product. As has been explained numerous times, (including immediately above) THERE NO LONGER IS A TELEPHONE ACTIVATION SYSTEM FOR THIS KEY BECAUSE MICROSOFT NO LONGER SUPPORT IT. It therefor follows that THE KEY DOES NOT WORK. The download link you have provided today is a set up file for Office 13, that set up file is NOT APPLICABLE TO THE KEY PROVIDED, (Office 10). Set up files for Office 10 are NO LONGER AVAILABLE., which is why THE KEY YOU SOLD ME DOES NOT WORK! WHERE IS MY REFUND?”

“Preordered tomb raider remastered 2 weeks before release. On launch day when trying to get my key get a message that it's out of stock. Should not be taking preorders when they can't fulfill. Will be requesting a refund if key not received in next hour.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE I BOUGHT TWO CODES AND ONE WAS NOT GOOD AND THEY WON'T GIVE YOU ANOTHER ONE OR REFUND THE MONEY AND THEY CONTINUALLY TALK ABOUT IT. I initially bought a 6-month membership and they sent me two 3-month codes. I haven't received anything since, very annoying.”

“Order a game , can't have the code via their autokey system , contact support and ask for a screen , dit it , no response since , hope it will be at least refund. If the situation change i'll update the comment , but for now i can't recommend tis site and i tried multiple key site , it's the first time it's that bad.”

“They claim to sell CD keys, but instead they send Steam keys. The Steam key has 3 blocks of 5 characters each, the CD key should have 2 blocks more. You can buy a Steam key elsewhere, much cheaper. I do not recommend.”

“The Premium Pass for Battlefield 1 had the name EN in the title, but it will not work in the UK. I tried getting a response from them through their portal and was relieved when I got a reply within just a few minutes, telling me to go through their Support Centre to allow for a refund to be processed. However, there were not pointers on when to go from there. When I asked for help I did not receive any reply on my ticket for over 24 hours. I decided to raise a new ticket with the same issue, and I got a reply within 10 minutes stating I should not create new tickets for the same problem and I should reply to my original ticket. Which I did. And no one responded to. The customer service of this company is not brilliant. If you are able to make a successful purchase I am sure they will be fine and probably do a decent job of getting you the keys you need. If something goes wrong, you may as well go through PayPal for a refund. They also claim 24/7 customer support - this is a lie. They claim that you shouldn't go through PayPal as their claims centre will refund you within an hour - also a lie.”
