“Preordered 2 COPIES Battlefield 6 on Xbox series X, was purchased on the 5th of October.. did not receive key but order was "ready". When claiming it says "PendingFulfillment:This CD Key is currently Processing / is a Pre-order for a game that has not been released yet. (check release date on product page)." So contacted customer service and got a reply from Dave and Rick with some generic you need to claim it and it's ready, useless. Now it's 16:49, 49 minutes AFTER the game is being played, I have not got my keys. Emailed customer service TWICE, once at 11:42 and once at 15:28 and received nothing from them. I cannot cancel either as it says it has already been fulfilled. My worries is if I buy 2 more copies from elsewhere, I will not be able to cancel the scammed order or they fulfil it weeks later.”

“Pre order the game, i'm aware the key would be available on release day and specific time. I reside in UK and it's 30 mins pass the launch time and still not received the key. I also raised a ticket in the morning (10 hours) i was atelast expecting some decent answer but again no response from the ticket. Worse, i cannot cancel the order and get it from somewhere else at it say the order is dispatched. Huge Disappointment !!! I would not recommend this site for any new purchases i would rather spend extra £10 pounds and get it from the store itself.”

“Given your message, it sounds like there may be a misunderstanding about how pre-orders work. If the game has not been officially released yet, your key might not be active until the release date, which is standard for pre-order says Dave. Funny that because at the time of this message the game is already released and being played by the community. Poor service.”

“Miss sold this game, didn't write the correct description so when my son brought the game we didn't know he had to have the game pass for this game. CJS won't refund my son and now my son is upset as this was brought with the last of his birthday money, and he has a game he can't play as we dont have game pass or want it!! Very disappointed with the service CJS has given!”

“I have not been able to redeem the code to get the game as the code had a a in it and this can not be entered on to the Nintendo switch, I have sent several emails and tried to report the problem via website but keep getting responses that do not sort the problem or explain how to get a refund. I have spent hours trying to sort this out to no avail”
