“I cant really rate this company as of today it's still a MONTH and not had my issue sorted and I have emailed numerous of times asking for my issue to be sorted.”

“Normally a good service but not this time. Ordered a product, it was out of stock, then got an email a few days later saying it was in stock but when I tried to retrieve my keys they had cancelled my order without my knowledge. Then spent 3 days trying to find out why and no one knows and cannot fullfill my order even though the product is in stock”

“I never received my game within 3 days ago the game I ordered was Luigi's Mansion 2 HD I've tried contacting customer support and all they keep telling me is to check my email that it checked my spam folder and everything and it's not in there I wouldn't recommend this website to anybody.”

“Scammed - sadly, this is the only logical conclusion after 3 months of dealing with CJS Keys Team. I have lost 50$, let be it a warning for you, potential customer. What has happened is that I ordered a Steam Key, got a Steam Gift instead, and asked a refund. The CJS Keys Team has quickly revoked my access to the gift, and did not issue a refund even though they, mail after mail, reassured me that they would if anyone else bought the game. I don't believe they did not sell BG3 a single time since December 2024, and this also does not explain why can't I even access the gift. Beware.”

“DO NOT BUY VPN KEYS, they don’t work as per they guide and they do not refund the money. I have been sending email and screenshots and no solution was given. Ended up opening a case to get my money back.”

“I bought two 3 month X box Gamepass codes, one worked fine the other had already been collected by someone else. I contacted the support team who asked me to send them screenshot evidence of the issue, which I did, but unfortunately not heard anything back from them for despite chasing.”
