“I got the key eventually which was a relief. But I ordered the key at 1603 the previous day and didn't receive the key until 730 the morning after. I was told it could take up to 2-3 hours to receive the key. I think more reassurance and getting better at managing expectations would help improve the trust of this company, as I was seriously thinking 'maybe I've been scammed' after the 2-3 hours passed by. I was not scammed however, and was happy to find a rare item I'd been searching for for some time.”

“Managed to get a £60 game for £14 by using a vpn. This is the 2nd time using CJS - cd keys. Easy instructions to follow, well worth it. Definitely will use again. Thanks”

“Office appears to work OK - but getting the 'Key didn't seem to happen too smoothly. In the end I "followed my nose" and tried several 'options - then hey presto it worked! Not sure how legitimate the whole process is though?”

“I want to apologise for the ticket things and I want to finally say the key actually works and got delivered 😁 But the wait time takes away 0.7 stars in my opinion but unfortunately can't give 4.3 so I round that up to 4”
