“Super umständlich (bis zu 4 Tage, bis man tatsächlich den Key bekommt). Support liest Problemstellung nicht richtig (Habe mich beschwert, dass ich keinen Code erhalten habe und werde aufgefordert, einen Screenshot vom Fehler zu schicken). Auf die Bitte, die Abwicklung aufgrund der zuvor nicht kommunizierten Wartezeit und des Nichterhaltens des Codes, Rückgängig zu machen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Als "Lösung" soll ich nun den ganzen Prozess nochmal von vorne durchlaufen (also nochmal 4 Tage drauf). Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, werde definitiv nicht wieder dort kaufen.”

“Regarding my purchase, what can I say, I am completely disappointed. In fact, within the minutes following my purchase, I received an account/key to have a cheaper PSN account. But the account provided by CJS CD Keys is an empty account without subscription to PlayStation Plus. I've been trying to resolve the problem and get refund for a while now but I've come across an incompetent team from the start. To summarize, flee this site, sorry for not being able to put Zero as a star.”

“Sold me Game Pass keys days ago that didn't work (had already been redeemed). I put in a support ticket and got a response (probably automated) asking for the information that I had already provided. I've responded several times since then and haven't heard anything from them.”

“The automated "help" messages are not adequate. My Windows 11 key did not work because it said it was "used on another computer". A few hours of back and forth, undoubtedly not with a real human, and I got nowhere. I'll be putting in a Paypal complaint for my money back.”

“Code I purchased didn't work, took a long time for support to give me a replacement code which also didn't work. Given up they can keep my money I'll know never to use cjs keys again. Would rather use coda shop who cost a bit more but always give what you paid for.”

“Purchased a game and once I redeem the key I realized it was the wrong game. I reached out to support and provided photos where the listing matched the photo, name, and description of the game I wanted but was given a different game. They refused to refund me or try to make anything right, as well as not admitting that their listing was incorrect. Terrible support and just bad business practices. The ticket was submitted Jan 10, #817713, and handled by Cecil, B.”

“I purchase 4 xbox membership codes was able 2 use one , can't use other 3 I'm trying to get refund instead I'm getting bs reply from coustumer care that they check codes & codes are ok . They trying do everything to not pay back I'll never use them again 2much hassle”

“I ordered a Product Key for Windows 10 Home edition. Upon downloading and installing Windows 10 Home from the link they supplied, the Product Key did not work. Microsoft reported that it was already registered with another device. I contacted CJS CD keys uploading a screenshot of the error, and requested a working replacement. They ignored my request and my copy of Windows 10 remains unactivated.”
