“Item ordered (digital key) did not work. Contacted support through their website and received two responses very quickly, but both were confusing- one said they were out of stock (it was a digital key I had already received), and one asking for a screenshot of the issue. I sent the screenshot of the issue, as well as chasing up twice but received no response, have filed a case with PayPal for a refund. It seems from other reviews that if things go well they go well, but if not the support is very poor. I won't be taking that chance again.”

“Sadly i bought star wars outlaws and have been waiting for hours to access the code on there system i have also done a request for support and haven't heard anything back. Their system said it should be a maximum of 2 hours but i have been well over 12 hours with no response at the moment they have taken my funds but not provided anything for the money very disappointing.”

“I've been waiting for my game key for 3 days now, first I had to wait over 17 hours for my purchase to be released because of anti-fraud, now I've been waiting for 30 hours for keys to be in stock again, even though it's been between 2-12 hours Should it take time to get these back from stock! This site is not recommended! but my money was withdrawn immediately.”

“Ordered a one month adobe creative cloud key. Key was invalid, opened a support case in minutes had 2 responses from support in 24 hours asking for the same information, providing steps how to claim yet all along screenshots of the redemption have been shared stating the code is invalid. Prehaps their support team should read support cases before repeating themselves. 24 hrs later still not resolved, paypal dispute opened.”

“I bought a key on release day of BO6. They tried to give me a gift on battle.net, not the the key. Means I needed to wait 3 days after release if I wanna play the game. So we had a long discussion, the people on the ticket center just answering like a bot. They have a script to answer everything. With a lot of pressure on PayPal I got my money back, they didn't wanted to refund me, for something they couldn't give me. First and last time.”

“They provided a me with a non-working key for Windows 2016 Essentials. When I contacted them, they wanted to help me troubleshoot. I don’t need help troubleshooting, I just need a valid key. I’m a first time customer and obviously will never do business with these clowns again!”
