I was sold an Xbox game pass key that didn’t work as advertised. The product description on the CJS website is different to the product (auto key) they actually send. I have provided screenshots on three separate occasions as proof and have been emailing for weeks but they’re now refusing to refund or even reply upon realising their mistake. Very poor customer service and disingenuous, DO NOT USE!!

The key (Gamepass Core) didn't work. The customer service was not helpful at all. For two months now, they were not able/willing to either provide a refund or a working code despite several Emails back and forth. Would never buy again from this company.

Ordered a game 23 hours ago and no delivery, the customer service reps respond with stock answers and can't / won't help all I want now is a refunded, I'd rather buy direct. Ill never use this site again

Paid for a special edition of a game but received the standard. Emailed them and had a fast response, but then left completely unread without assistance. Sat here waiting for a reply to resolve my issue. Or I'll be getting my money back through my credit card. Highly recommend you don't buy anything atm until they actually take customers issues abit more seriously.

i ordered something on the 13th of april it told me maximum 2 hours before i recive it and its the 20th i have tried collecting but this is what is says:..Please wait while we do some finalll security checks on your order. Please wait, one of our staff will approve your order shortly. (maximum 2 hours).

Office 2019 pro plus. I ended up being supplied a volume licence key. Contacted support got an Ai generated try phone activation which you cannot do on volume licence. I have contacted support 3 times more no response. Launched a PayPal refund. Bought a new key from Kinguin to get me up and running. Have bought about 40 keys over the years this will be the last. Very unhappy with the non existent support.

Horrible company fighting tooth and nail to not give me my $2.50 refund for a non working key. The account they sold was suspended/banned and even with showing them video proof the auto key gave me that account they say it’s not theirs. Can’t trust this site anymore

Bought a game key. The attempt to redeem it brought a message that I have to own the main game in order to redeem this one. No word at CJS site that this is an extension/DLC or such. It was clearly for the main game. Double checked this several times to find out whether I'm wrong but no, the key is for the game. So to me this is shady acting. Cannot recommend.

Poor customer service. Purchased 12 month Spotify account which only lasted 6 days, I didn’t play about with any settings like they’ve said. Ticket raised on 6th March 2025. It’s now 7 April 2025 yet to be sorted. Very slow replies, constantly saying don’t worry it will be sorted, Now they are no longer even replying. the whole reason and subject of my ticket raised was about the premium subscription being removed from the account after 6 days when I’ve purchased it the 12 month subscription, till when they finally said unfortunately you account is still active. Which I then said it’s got nothing to do with the account being active, it was to do with the premium subscription being removed. Utter garbage. Didn’t receive a refund nor another account. Very unhappy.

I bought a Ps5 Fc25 game and the outlook email & passwords don’t work but it’s been a week and everyone replying keep asking the same thing screenshots i sent all of them and nothing. So emotionally draining i genuinely wish i just bought the expensive game it doesn’t come with all this stress 😢

THANK YOU FOR THE OPPOTUNITY I would like to express my concern regarding the rationale provided. It is entirely reasonable and expected that a customer would attempt to activate a purchased code on the same day it is received. Referring to this as the sole basis for denying further assistance is, quite frankly, disappointing and unconvincing. I have been a returning customer of your platform, and this is not the first time I have purchased an Office 365 key from you. I am familiar with the process, and in this case, the code simply did not work. To troubleshoot, I even attempted activation using two separate premium VPN services, both of which failed—strongly suggesting that the issue lies on your end, not mine. As a customer, I have the right to expect functional products and adequate support. The response I received—declining any responsibility or solution—falls far short of professional service standards. I am therefore formally requesting that you either: Issue a new, valid Office 365 activation code, or Provide a full refund for the non-functional product. I sincerely hope it does not come to that and that you will take this opportunity to resolve the issue professionally. Thank you for your attention. Best regards,
