“Wirklich schlecht. Habe gestern einen Code für 6 Monate xbox ultimate bestellt. Bisher kam dieser per Email. Diesmal sollte ich mich bei cjs aktive anmelden und Daten meiner Kreditkarte hinterlegen. Geld wurde mittels Paypal bereits gezahlt. Code bekomme ich nicht und keine Rückmeldung mehr vom Kundenservice. Schlechter Laden, Finger weg. Ein Stern, da man 0 nicht auswählen konnte.”

“I purchased a Steam key two days ago, but it turned out to already be in use. Luckily, I only spent around 12 euros, as I was planning to buy more. I reported the issue to their support team and am still waiting for a response. However, instead of addressing my concern, I received an email asking me to leave a review, so ... here it is.”

“Paid for a suspiciously cheap PS subscription (12 months). Email and password were instantly provided to log in. Neither recognised by PlayStation. Emailed the company, reply within a few hours, given some basic advice to reset. Didn’t work. Company then stopped replying. After 3 days logged a PayPal complaint and had a reply in an hour. Still wasn’t resolved so eventually had a full refund.”

“Worst experience ever. Bought a Rest of the World Cd Key ( can be activated outside of Europe) and they gave me a Europe CdKey. The Cdkey was in German and at first they didnt even notice i claimed the cdkey. They didnt want to refund me and tell me it's my fault for the wrong region cdkey. They try everything to prevent you from getting your money back. They only want to retain money from people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THOSE SCAMMERS !”

“Terrible purchase. Sold a product that I questioned if it was usable in the uk. Wrong purchase currency, not changable. Why when I'm in the UK as stated would I want my currency in Turkish lira???? Pay the extra £15 and get a product that's fully usable. Playstation Plus.”

“I bought the account from this website, but I only can use it like couple days cause the account kept log out of my ps5 until I have to use all of access codes that they provided with the account. I asked customer service for help to access the account but they could not do anything.”

“---BEWARE--- DO NOT BUY FROM CJS CD keys ,constantly messed about by them , purchased playstation plus 12 month subscription for £30.39 and guess what it didn't work ,they run a silly ticket system for contacting them , its now nearly 3 weeks and I still havnt been refunded , sent them numerous screen shots. customer service is the worst I've ever experienced as they just flannel you with rubbish when the return your email , and now they've locked out the key code without even contacting me.?????? STAY CLEAR OF THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED”

“I purchased the key for YouTube Premium, activated it but YouTube never recognized it. So called "experts" never resolved the issue, keep asking the same obviously useless questions over and over again. Now in a process of getting refund, not sure if that goes through seeing the utter indifference and unprofessionalism I've encountered so far”

“Non posso dare zero stelle. Il sito è una truffa. Mi hanno inviato un codice non funzionante. Dopo che ho inviato delle email mi hanno fatto fare un'altra procedura con codici non funzionanti. Ho richiesto il rimborso ma non l'hanno accettato. Sono truffatori!”
