“Code I purchased didn't work, took a long time for support to give me a replacement code which also didn't work. Given up they can keep my money I'll know never to use cjs keys again. Would rather use coda shop who cost a bit more but always give what you paid for.”

“Purchased a game and once I redeem the key I realized it was the wrong game. I reached out to support and provided photos where the listing matched the photo, name, and description of the game I wanted but was given a different game. They refused to refund me or try to make anything right, as well as not admitting that their listing was incorrect. Terrible support and just bad business practices. The ticket was submitted Jan 10, #817713, and handled by Cecil, B.”

“I purchase 4 xbox membership codes was able 2 use one , can't use other 3 I'm trying to get refund instead I'm getting bs reply from coustumer care that they check codes & codes are ok . They trying do everything to not pay back I'll never use them again 2much hassle”

“I ordered a Product Key for Windows 10 Home edition. Upon downloading and installing Windows 10 Home from the link they supplied, the Product Key did not work. Microsoft reported that it was already registered with another device. I contacted CJS CD keys uploading a screenshot of the error, and requested a working replacement. They ignored my request and my copy of Windows 10 remains unactivated.”

“Bought Tekken 8. Whenever I try and collect my product key from autokey I get the following error message "Your Products for Order 3925328 ... Sorry, but our anti-fraud systems say that this paypal transaction is CAPTURED, so we are unable to allow the collection of this order at this time." This is gone on for 3 days now. After contacting support they claim it has cleared, and have double checked. It has not. When I reach out to support again they claim I have collected my key. I've collected nothing. The same error message persists.”

“The System Mechanic Po key I finally was able to find gave me only 8 1/2 months of renewal instead of the year as it was advertised. I have let them know and Dave, who responded argues that I have a renewal date further than the one I had (which was supposed to be good until April 11th., 2025). Now, I have lost those extra 3 1/2 months I had that I had also paid for as the renewal key he gave ma calls for renewal on January 12, 2026. And s/b April 11, 2026 instead! Wrote him back with explanation again. He can't seem to understand that?? I w/b calling my bank to have this investigated and reversed/refunded as it is an outright rip off! I did not get what I paid for! And the extra $1.63 I was charged likely was some GST or something. Prices came up in "pounds", rather than CAD as I wanted. Not impressed with this site at all. Still waiting for Dave to respond and fix the months of service I have lost.”

“Poor customer service. I have ordered a key, it doesn't work. I did already have a ticket due to no option on purchase to add UK. Now they keep merging tickets instead of just sorting the issue. I would rather pay more and not have this issue.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very disappointed with this company. Bought 2 subscription keys which didn’t work and after getting fobbed off by customer service went through PayPal which resulted in getting a store credit refund, had to repurchase the subscription keys at an increased price and again these don’t work. Have again been getting fobbed off by customer service who just waste your time asking for screenshots and refuse to give refunds. Would not recommend or use this company again. SCAMMERS”

“VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, They are the worst to provide the resolutions. I have been chasing them from last 10 days but there is no resolution on my faluty code. They reply one time in 3-4 days and asking the screen shot then after nothing they will do, and again email to ask the screen shot. Attached my email communication so that everyone be aware of this company. IF THEY RESOLVED MY ISSUE IN 24 Hrs then I WILL REVIEW MY BAD REVIEW.”

“Bought a game for xbox. They sent a code for pc. Spoke to customer services, they wont refund money, no help or resolution 3 weeks later. Say i can redeem code even though they say they know they sent wrong code. Awful company. DO NOT USE”

“I purchased an Xbox account as a Christmas gift for my son, but it turned into a nightmare: the account was already blocked when I received it. It was really hard to explain to my child that Santa Claus had brought him a ‘blocked’ account. I immediately reported the issue to their support team and provided all the requested evidence, including photos. Unfortunately, their responses were very slow, taking 3 to 4 days each time. After 14 days of waiting without a solution, I asked for a refund. Their answer? Denied. They claimed I was the one who blocked the account — a completely false accusation. I carefully followed all their instructions, and I’ve purchased similar subscriptions from them before without any issues. There was no mistake on my part. They simply sold me a pre-blocked account. I will never buy from them again.”
