“Bought a code for 12 months game pass ultimate, code wasn't for ultimate, was for core. Tried to say I wouldn't get a refund because the codes are claimed Impossible to know the codes arent as sold without claiming them Opened PayPal dispute Now saying I'll get refund when code is resold and told to close my dispute. Fat chance I want my money back Why am I being made to wait for a falsely advertised code to be sold again for me to get my money back. Disgraceful”

“Couldn't redeem Indian ganepass code over VPN despite following instructions to the letter. Support slow to respond. No refund offered. Have had to raise a paypal dispute.”

“Awful experience with Xbox Live codes on two separate occasions. Bought a VPN code once, but they were unable to help me redeem it. I followed the directions send and it told me I was in the wrong region. Had to have someone from a separate Facebook group help me redeem. Bought a GLOBAL code a few days later that would not redeem at all. Asked for help with redemption, to which an impossible resolution was recommended (EU is a group of countries, not a region i can select on a VPN!!!). After 2 full days that they did not respond, i initiated a refund from PayPal. There are nuances with VPN and Global codes that CJS CDKEYS have no idea how to navigate. Do NOT expect their customer service to help you! Steer clear!!”

“I have been a customer since 2018 and have had no problems at all with any order. UNTIL NOW. The latest vpn activated key cannot be activated because Norton vpn will not give me an India connection. The company recommended Nord vpn. This cost me £74 which totally negated the small saving in buying from them. Hey presto, it still doesn`t work and they now want me to pay for a subscription for a 3rd vpn to try. Total madness. Now they are refusing to return my payment.”

“This is the second occasion in 4 purchases that the key provided by CJS-CDKeys has FAILED to work. If the support team were able to fix these issues quickly then I would be suppoertive BUT in practice the support team take days to answer and then DO NOT actually fix the problem BE WARNED - when it works it is great BUT in recent months the system and the activation Keys DO NOT WORK”

“Microsoft 365 code did not work, not a valid code when tried to redeem. This company's support then tells me they do not offer refunds in these circumstances and they will try to resell this invalid code for me. Have had to initiate dispute via PayPal. Buyer beware”

“I followed the instructions to the letter regarding a VPN key for Spotify which didn't work. I contacted customer services and 3 days later had no response. I'm pretty y sure this is why the don't accept visa as well here would be countless charges backs. I won't be using their service again.”

“I purchased a world war z steam key and they sent me a destiny 2 steam key that was already activated. I contacted them about it and they asked me to provide screenshots so I did. Not they want me to jump through more hoops with steam. I will never use this site again. I feel like they will have me jumping through hoops till I get tired of it and give up. They got free money from me, but it won’t happen again.”

“I received a key that would not work even after I followed all troubleshooting instructions. I emailed support and I was told that the reason the key was not working is because the product was sold out even though it said, and currently still says, that the product is in stock. I was told to wait 12 hours for a restock, it has been about 22 and the code still has not worked, nor has support responded to my email. I will not be purchasing from this site anymore and I encourage others to refrain as well.”

“I purchase Sons of the Forest. The sale was advertised as steam key. However, I did not get a steam key after the purchase, but had to add a bot that was supposed to send me the game as gift. I did not receive gift yet, that's just not what I paid for!”

“Really poor service. Waited over 48 hours for my game and was told via multiple conversations on the live chat that they wouldn't be able to cancel or refund my order. Took multiple conversations and tickets and my case still isn't resolved. Do not recommend this at all.”

“Spent £98 on keys, Received keys that didn’t work twice. Was given a refund for the 1st keys but that took over a week, now been waiting nearly two weeks for a reply / refund for the 2nd set that didn’t work. Untrustworthy?”
