“They are scoundrels, out of 10 working games they gave me a fake KEY and a KEU of a DLC instead of the game with DLC included purchased. They haven't responded to emails for days, not only have they not given me a working KEU but they don't even make the money as advertised on the site. Stay away from them, they are dishonest.”

“Got the key straight away, it never worked. Contacted support and was told to try different countries and then pay for different VPNs. Tried multiple devices still nothing. Asked for a refund but was asked to not so had to go back to PayPal who did.”

“I wish I'd read the reviews here before purchasing a VPN key. There are reviews here saying the VPN keys don't work... and they don't. I purchased the VPN key because the website says it will take all of five minutes to activate over Hola VPN. That didn't work so I tried over my own paid VPN, which uses a different server in Turkey from Hola. That too did not work. Then I contacted customer service at CJS CD Keys to "give us a chance to resolve your problem, before writing a negative review." They got back to me extremely fast... within minutes... and advised that I should change my region within my Microsoft account (something not stated in their VPN tutorial) and also that I should "Install a premium VPN service like NordVPN or HotspotShield" which, of course, involves purchasing yet another premium VPN service though I already pay for Privado VPN. I then offered to pay the difference for the US Keys and they have not gotten back to me after three subsequent e-mails. Now I have to go to the time and trouble of charging this back on my credit card. I'll give them a day to respond and then I'll do just that. Bottom line, VPN keys DO NOT WORK and others here say they don't work and this business still is selling them.”

“Bought a key, and well listed as Steam key instead after purchase i have to login to Steam and then i get a prompt to add somebody to colelct my game. WHy lie and say Steam key and not a gifted game?? Total ripoffs/scammers”

“Do not buy these VPN keys. They do not work on xbox. Microsoft goes to great lengths to match phone numbers as well as other crazy stuff. Dont waste your money like me. Go get a pizza or something. (Customer service was very quick and very polite despite my well warranted attitude.)”

“Refusing to refund me. It’s been 3 days, I requested a refund on the basis I did not want to provide ID + residency contract etc. I requested a refund immediately and they have not responded to any requests in days. They took my money and refused to refund me, I am currently working on a refund via PayPal. I would not recommend buying from them, they literally scammed me.”

“shocking service took ages to actually get the key,and when i entered it in to microsoft i got an error because they couldnt find the key.It says to contact key seller but after doing that i wouldnt advise it unless you particularly like hassle.Steer clear”
